Excellent service by Ms.Miramontes ( I think her name was lupe) arrived for my 11am appointment a bit early and was greeted by the employee at the door and was attended to almost immediately i just came to do a equipment pick up and everything was so fast! Was in there probably less then 10 minutes and self installation was a breeze! I must say the bad reviews about this location almost had me turning away! but the staff here was all wonderful and service is great.

The fact I asked to speak to a manager just to get a CLEAR understanding SHE because I’m not sure the name of the manager did not want to speak to me. I understand if she is busy but if a customer only wants to be heard the rep who assisted me said “ she is not coming out to help you” I was just flabbergasted. Whoever she is with the glasses yeah she sucks at customer service and does not know the essence of what a manager should entail. It might of been my misunderstanding with what I committed but at least assist, show empathy , and not just not help someone out with their services with Xfinity

This is a combo of issues with this location and Comcast in general. Don’t expect to speak to anyone or get any help with the 800 number. Their chat bot is useless . Upgraded my service and received broken equipment. Went to this location to return and they didn’t give me the cord for the new equipment. So after waiting 20 mins and then going all the way home, I went back to the store to wait in line again to be helped. Was charged shipping and handling for equipment I came to get and give a one time fee of $80 that was not disclosed originally. It shouldn’t be this hard to get service

Everybody that works for this Branch is over paid. They don't know what they're doing they're very incompetent. They don't even deserve one star they still haven't called me back to fix the problems that I've been having I strongly suggest that they keep this. Job because that's all they know they have no skills. Please stay there don't go to Wendy's or McDonald's you won't do good

For the first got the cables every month it was $180 over a year's time it became 260 a month so we went down there and talked to them. They said it would be $187 a month again a month later I get the bill it's $260 again. The guy helping us said that's what they do they keep raising the price until you come in and complain. That's not very good business as far as I'm concerned

Extremely slow service. Rude. Have no idea what their own policy is. One employee online says one thing, get to the store wait 3 hours to have them tell me that their employee lied. So glad we switched from Verizon. Will be switching back very soon.
