Last prescription took over 8 hours to be ready and this time it has taken over two days to get my son's medication. Two days for some eye drops. How is that even possible? This place is terrible.

Honestly, I'd like to grad Ethel higher, but they caused a hug inconvenience. My son was seen at the acute care clinic which is the next building over. We come over for the script they say come back later. So I do, pharmacist left early. My son can hear because he has an ear i infection. I say at least I can get the Zyrtec D. Well no you can t because it has to be sold by the pharmacy. I talk to the cashier and he tells me the pharmacist will be in at 0800. I get there at 0930, and the pharmacist doesn't come in until 10.

I scheduled a covid test online and received instructions on what to do at the time of the test. The email said to go inside to the pharmacy, so I went in and stood in line for 15 minutes, making me late for my appointment, only for them to tell me I need to go in the drive through pharmacy outside. I then waited another 20 minutes in line outside. There is no signage anywhere, inside or outside, directing you where to go for a covid test and the directions they send you are wrong. So annoying

Pharmacy seems to be poorly managed. The app lets you make appointments for vaccines that they don't have in stock. I've been burned by this twice lately... once for myself, when I scheduled a Covid booster and flu shot, but when I arrived they were only allowing 1 shot per appointment. The second time I scheduled for my kids to get Covid boosters... when we arrived, we waited 45 minutes only to be told that they don't have kids vaccines in stock.

Service extremely slow. Wait, wait, wait. Dont bother calling - put on hold 3 times for over 5 minutes, then the phone hung up. Never answered phone. Left message, never got a call back. Avoid Walgreens and their corporate attitude. We get far excellent service at Costco. Worth the drive.

We scheduled our COVID-19 booster for 4:15 and 4:30 last Friday. We had our paperwork all filled out and brought it with us. Not only did we have to wait in line for 15 minutes or so, but by the time they called our name. The wait had grown to 50 minutes. They also took a woman who had a 5:00 appointment (she was directly ahead of us in line, with no paperwork filled out), before taking us. The actual procedure took less than 2 minutes! No apology, no paper given us about side effects, just let us leave. Then, yesterday, my husband had dental surgery. The dentist called in a prescription for antibiotics at 4:30, and it was still not ready at 9:55 this morning! Said it would be another half hour, so he left without it. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy!

I have been using this Walgreens for several years as it is in the neighborhood and convenient. In the past several months, this location has proven to be an "inconvenience" when it comes to pharmacy service. They are consistently late with filling prescriptions. Frequently, you wait in the drive thru behind multiple cars for up to 30 minutes or more, only to get to the window and be told that your prescription is not yet ready and need to drive around and get back into line while they fill it. This is absurd. I get that this could occasionally happen, but it is becoming more and more frequent. Fast forward to today.....I went on line several weeks ago to schedule my Covid Booster Vaccination for tomorrow, December 30th. Well, this evening, I get a call telling me that they are going to be closed tomorrow, a Thursday!! Not a holiday, no explanation, just to go online and reschedule or call the 1-800 number since she couldn't reschedule me. So, I went online, where it still showed that I was confirmed for tomorrow, and tried to reschedule only to keep getting options for tomorrow, including my originally scheduled time. I made this appointment weeks in advance and even scheduled time off from work in order to be able to get the vaccine. So, I called the pharmacy back, held for 18 minutes. When I finally got thru to a person, I was told that they had to close because the district manager didn't schedule a pharmacist for this location tomorrow and legally they cant be open without one. I explained that the app and website were showing availability for tomorrow and was told that there is nothing they can do about that. So basically if anyone schedules into one of those slots for tomorrow, they are screwed because there wont be anyone there to administer the vaccine!! This is absurd!!!!!! Luckily, I was able to find an available appointment at a King Sooper about a half hour away from me for tomorrow and I wont have to take another day off from work, but I am definitely searching for a new pharmacy....this was my breaking point. I have no patience for a business that runs their company this way, especially when there are so many other pharmacies to choose from, including other Walgreens just blocks away. Seems to me that Walgreens corporate may want to consider closing this store completely. They have at least two others in the general vicinity and it appears they are unable to keep this one staffed!

completely incompetent, an absolute joke of a pharmacy. If you really need medication don't send your prescription here, they will do what ever they can to cancel, block, deny, misinform and torture you to get a prescription. They don't deserve 1 star. You have been warned.

This pharmacy is either incompetent, lazy, or discriminatory. We tried for a month to get my mother-in-law's prescription filled here. They hung up on my mother-in-law when she called to check on status so she could arrange for a pick-up of her meds. They told her to "take control of her health" making her feel like she was stupid. I was so livid that she had been without her needed meds for a month that when I went in there to confront them, they said they would not give her the meds because they didn't like my tone of voice. Well, I sent the prescription over to Costco and it was filled the next day. Walgreens pharmacy is not worth the headache or hassle. I will never shop there again. They have zero compassion for the community of people they serve. Having a bad day, sure but a month of negligent actions, I don't think so.

Bad pharmacy. Don't get a Covid test here. Results are 3-5 days. Not explained when appointment is made. Most other Walgreens are rapid results. If traveling, look for pharmacy with rapid results that is accepted by the traveled to location. No communication between lab and pharmacy.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens. They have a little bit of everything. What I like about it is the selection of makeup and over the counter medicines. However, they are pricey, but they do have an extensive selection.I love the seasonal section. Those are where great deals can be found and normally at good prices. Go in after a holiday and it's a bonanza of deals.I don't like having to pay for certain items at the cosmetic counter only because it is not always staffed. Also, besides the higher priced make-ups and stuff don't expect a lot of help out side of the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is always helpful with over the counter recommendations and finding specific items for you. I have always gotten great service from them.

This is about the pharmacy! If you have IMPORTANT prescriptions you need filled, that keep you from DYING, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They will charge you when you shouldn't be and put your stuff under wrong insurances. When told they are wrong they will just argue with you! I have type one diabetes, so first of all if I don't get the exact amount of insulin I need and the right times, things go down hill very quickly! This used to be an ok pharmacy, I didn't have any problems. Recently though it had been a different story. They argue with me, charge insurance that I haven't had since I was 10 so 16 YEARS AGO! Only to tell me they can't give me my money back once they get the right insurance. (200$ later) I usually get a box of my two insulin's which is 5 pens per box, they have only been giving me 4 of my one and only ONE of my MOST IMPORTANT one! When asked why they said WE have to count out how much you use in a month. Well my DOCTOR, my ENDOCRINOLOGIST said I need a certain amount. They were giving me a DRASTICALLY lower amount. I use 45 units a day, and in one dose there are 250 units, which means I would use that pen in 5 days! That is not a months worth like my prescription CLEARLY states I need. So apparently they can't count. They are opening fully enclosed box to pull out one single dose for me. I also have a machine called a CGM that checks my blood sugar all the time, I have NEVER had to pay for it until this most recent last time. They charged me 65.25 for my sensors. When I asked why they said your insurance doesn't cover it. WRONG THEY DO COVER IT. I called and made sure. My insurance said they were charging it under the wrong thing they are putting it under (pharmacy) when it needs to be under (DME) LIKE THEY HAVE DONE BEFORE! So apparently I'm they are all just COMPLETELY incompetent.
