Apparently the pharmacists here care more about their political beliefs rather than giving out factual information. I came to this location to pick up a photo order as well as look at the passport photos because I want to go visit my boyfriend's family with him that live outside of the US. There was a sign next to the passport photo advertisement, saying to check with the pharmacist about vaccine requirements for international travel. I went up to the window and told one of the pharmacists that I'm interested in their passport photos and saw the sign about vaccine requirements. I asked the pharmacist if the Covid vaccine is required, and she said that even though we're in post Covid now, I would not be able to leave the country without getting the Covid vaccine. Then I asked her if it's even required to go to Mexico, you know the simplest of countries to travel to. She said, " I'm sure the Mexican government requires it too." Later on I did my own research on the.gov website which said that it's not required. After that I called the pharmacist manager, and she told me that it was never required. The reason why I know this employee gave me that answer based on her political beliefs is because of her demeanor and her reaction to my question. Such a shame that healthcare workers answer Health related questions based on their beliefs now. SMH.

The older white lady at drive threw is horrible so rude. I pull up to make sure that they got the medication from the doctor and that they have everything. Apparently they didn't understand that I waited 45 minutes and then I finally decide that I'm gonna pull up through the drive-through and see if the medication is ready this lady is like oh no we don't have it, but she could've told me earlier when I asked to make sure they received it and they had everything that was too much for them. Apparently they couldn't help me find a different Walgreens either. It was a hassle for the lady for anything.

The pharmacy is the worst. I came to get a prescription filled and they said it would be done by the afternoon. I couldn't make it until the next day and it was still not filled. The lady working behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask and sucking on a lollipop. It's not very comforting to see that from The person processing and filling your medication.

Terribly long lines from slow customer service. Plenty of employees around and in no hurry to open up another lane.

Highly recommend using Walgreens for rapid testing. Got tested at 12:30 and results at 2:30! The process is safe and easy, and is contactless which is a plus.

I have been to this Walgreens a few times, some for prescriptions and other just to shop! The 2-3 times I have been to the pharmacy I have had questions about where things were and for some reason it's always the same young girl Karen. Every time I have asked her something she has an attitude. She always seems like she's in a bad mood. Being in healthcare you shouldn't have an attitude like she does. I will definitely bring up to the manager if he/she would even care. I'm surprised she still has a job with an attitude like that and being and healthcare. There is another young girl who works there I think her name is Alex? She was very helpful this last time I came in and she's extremely polite! I hope they can get more workers like her working in the pharmacy!

I am absolutely 100% fed up with this Walgreens location. The worst staff at the pharmacy work here. I've been going here for over 10 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. They have NO customer service manners at all. They are really rude and take their time getting to the window inside and outside thru the drive thru to help customers. They never have my prescriptions ready. Ever!! I have given the benefit of the doubt because of location but no more. I will drive out of my way from this day forward. This location is not even open 24 hours which is a major problem! Done! DON'T GO HERE THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! They get ZERO STARS!

I paid on line, waited 25 minutes line..ok with the whole SARS-CoV-2 going on. Got up to the window, wanted my card..no way, I do not want someone handling my card, reason for paying on line! It's a good thing! Walgreens wanted 66.09 for my script after insurance! Paid case with Good RX at Safeway's ...46.50!! Yes people $20.00 less!!! The issue is that they are charging so much to the patient!!! Told greed!! Will never fill a script with them again!

It's overall a pretty ok store, but I've received mixed messages about prescriptions. They tell me it'll be ready by a certain time, then that it was delayed (which is ok by me), but when I go to pick it up after they tell me it's ready the next day... they say they don't have it. I then check with them over the phone and turns out they do have it! So I don't know what went wrong here but it's definitely a bit odd. I'd like to see some improvement in the pharmacy area but it's good otherwise I guess.

Incompetence. Constant problems with pharmacy, prescriptions not ready on time, have complained to management and corporate at least 5 times, they still can't things right. Sadly, we're stuck as this the preferred pharmacy for our insurance. Rite Aid was 1,000 times better.

Always have trouble with the pharmacy -- losing prescriptions, having to get extra confirmation from doctor, not accepting discount cards, etc. Never had any such problems with the Rite Aid across the street when it was open. As a normal store, this place is fine.

Went twice to fill prescriptions and they told me they needed to call my Dr.s office and get a diagnosis code!! Since when is Walgreens privy to diagnosis codes, OH because I am a pain management patient!!! Go screw yourselves WALGREENS!

I was visiting family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. During my stay, I needed to have my levothyroxine refilled, as my local pharmacy wasn't able to refill it before I left. I contacted this Walgreens pharmacy at 0800 to request a transfer of my medication, once I got to Commerce City. I was told the pharmacy tech wouldn't have my prescription ready until after 1100, and that they would call me when it was ready. I thought 3 hours for a prescription to be ready was outlandish, but I know the holidays are hectic so I let it go. Meanwhile, my family rearranges all our travel plans we had in place for a trip to the mountains. They knew I needed this medication, and were mildly irritated with the delay. At about 1145, I still hadn't heard from the pharmacy. I called my local pharmacy to find out if it had even been requested yet, and I was disappointingly told it hadn't. My mom and I then drove to this Walgreens to discuss the issue with the pharmacist. As soon as I approached the pharmacy counter, I stated my name and medication, and the pharmacist dramatically told me his day had been insane and that he completely forgot about me. Still being patient, I told him it was ok, and that I would wait in the store. Approximately 10 minutes after that, my mom goes to the pharmacy area to find out the status of my prescription. The same guy told her he had been on hold with my local pharmacy for 15 minutes- which was inaccurate as I hadn't even been in the store 15 minutes! He then proceeds to direct us to the CVS in Target (as my local pharmacy is CVS), and says, "CVS to CVS transfer medications are easier to do, as they share the same system". At this point it is well after noon, and my family was running extremely behind on our travel plans. This guy should have told me at 0800 to just go to CVS! Instead, he wedged a huge inconvenience into plans with my family and not to mention how late I was taking my timed levothyroxine. I was so disappointed and frustrated, and I should never feel that way with a pharmacy!
