Morning mangers have been helpful when needed. The night managers however want to ask the line why they are here and rush you out the door instead of actually be helpful and just open a teller station. What a waste of time and just annoying while reminding everyone they close in 6 minutes like it’s last call. We are all trying to leave too ?♂️ I’m trying to make a deposit and her coldsore is up in my face asking stupid questions. Get it together , hygiene included.

“Come in between 2:30 and 3:00 and we can help”(repeated 3 times on the phone)…. Showed up at 2:50 and they cannot help because we missed our 2:30 appointment. Very Wells Fargo of you guys! Appreciate the customer service.

They have their ups and downs just like any human. Overall everyone working here have been polite and do their best. Pointing out a person's accent is racism and does not belong in a review. I have been going to this location for 15 years. There are worse things than an banker needing more experience. This is not a crisis.

Small bank with atm drive through that does not accept deposits so waste of time. I ended up using the app to deposit. Why waste time at actual banks anymore....

The BEST experience I have had at a Wells Fargo branch. Seth, my teller was very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, welcoming and helped me with all I needed help with in a very short amount of time. Seth informed me of much I was unaware of. I felt comfortable here, valued, and respected of my time.

If I could rate with negative numbers, I would!I went in to get a large, Wells Fargo issued, check cashed. Since family has had to do the same thing, I was informed by my family that a cashier's check may be needed for the amount that the bank could not cover. It being a Monday, I assumed that wouldn't be the case but I still informed the teller (strong accent), Irina, that I'd like to cash the check and possibly get a cashier's check for what the bank cannot cover. That seemed pretty informative to me. However, because she didn't listen very well, she told me that if I didn't have an account with them that they couldn't issue a cashier's check. I informed her that since it was a check issued by them that I didn't need an account to cash it and that if the bank didin't have enough to cover it, then that would fall on the bank. She rolled her eyes and was about to speak when I simply asked for a manager (since they would most likely need to approve the cashier's check anyway). I was told to sit down and wait. After the manager called to verify the check he came out to work with me. He kindly explained exactly what I came in saying. We walked over to a different teller who then after 20 minutes (with the manager practically walking her through every step) issued the cashier's check and handed me cash. In that 20 minutes, I there were so many things that could have been done quicker. The manager asked if I'd like the large amount counted in the counting machine or by hand.I feel as though these two tellers have a difficult time with active listening and thinking of ways to make the transaction process easier. It's so sad that with dealing with people and money as their career, they still have difficulty with the process. There are more details that made this experience pretty ridiculous but I don't want to waste another moment on Wells Fargo. I'll take my business elsewhere even if only to eliminate interaction with the two tellers there.
