I went in today to deposit cash into my account through drive up. Teller was not able to assist because my driver license has been expired for 7 days even tho WE HAVE A GRACE PERIOD OF 30 days here in Colorado. I totally recommend 1. To check twice before turning a client away and 2. Service manager to educate tellers to improve customer service.

Whoever did the layout of this establishment was not the smartest because it's very confusing because you want to drive around to the drive thru but you can't get around and have to enter from the street side

Waited 30 minutes to go inside (4 in line) the bank only had 2 teller at the tellerline other teller was helping the drive through while 5 persons whaited out side when i when inside.

This Wells Fargo has terrible customer service. The drive thru is ridiculously long and unreasonable.I'm changing banks after 10 years because I'm tired of the service I receive not occasionally but regularly?!!

Plan to be here all day. The drive thru line maybe 2 people but it literally takes 10 plus minutes for each person. Ridiculous

I went in to pay off a loan. I paid the amount I was told to pay which was a little over $12k but I still have a balance that didn't get paid. The amount is only $16, which I'm going to pay because I'm not one to let my credit get ruined for such a little amount. Wells Fargo refused to waive that amount even though it wasn't my fault that the entire amount didn't get paid. The incompetence of the staff in this branch is incomparable. I called the branch to get some answers and the so called manager told me that I should've asked for the entire "closing" amount. I'm confused as to what "pay off" amount means to those people. Perhaps two different meanings with "pay off" and "closing" or maybe just some word games with them. Wells Fargo sucks

The absolute worst wells Fargo branch I've been to. bankers and the tellers are rude..well at least my previous visits have been very disappointing. My advice is just to use another branch unless you have all day to wait for unfriendly services.

Honestly this place is awful it needs fans or air fresheners This is supposed to be a professional bank but it smells of body odor huge lines not enough tells you standing there for 40 minutes plus and walk out smelling like the place it's awful

The worst service of all WellsFargo is in this branch, caters better an ATM than the people who work here, it seems that all bankers agree to give their bad service, they should work in another trade. They want a bad service go there.

This place has the most annoying entrance and exit that's super packed and difficult to get through. The servicebisbusually nice however can take a while. Definitely avoid the weekends.

I have been to over 6 Wells Fargo locations over the last 10 years. The Wells Fargo on Grant Street, although the service is highly professional and staff greet at the door, this is by far the busiest Wells Fargo I have ever frequented. When busy it is difficult to differentiate between the commercial line and the personal banking line (however staff did tell me which line to enter). My wife and I waited 20 minutes to make our deposit. The parking lot was expanded in the past couple of years however the amount of customers exceed the available parking spaces ergo we had to turn our car around and park at "Rico and Pollo" restaurant parking locale adjacent to Wells Fargo. Next time I need to make a deposit I will go to the Wells Fargo on 120th/Wasington which is never nearly as busy and obnoxious with long wait times.

Everything was fine until they closed their drive thru on Saturdays such a hassle I need to switch banks now! I couldn't even get in the parking lot because the drive thru is closed. Now their not open on Saturday at all.

Slowest drive thru service! Always crowded inside and crazy crowded parking lot. They seem to have trouble understanding English.
