Would not recommend management here. Set a job listing for 19.50 an hour, was reached out for the position by Robert Thomas who then went on to state that they were actually hiring for 18.50 and that the listing was for another location. When asked what location he was at, it was the same address as the location posted on a job forum. I brought it to his attention, and he went on to shrug it off (provided picture of listing) and said it was mostly the case at some of the stores but not that one, then went on to tell me to try another store. Red flags in management, if you cant honor something as simple as pay, maybe don't post the listing or become a manager.

This is one of the better Walmarts in our area...... well kept, nice staff, has everything you could possibly need.

I recently bought a new TV and a 4K player in the electronic department at this WalMart. The guy I asked to help me was handicapped, and he was SSOOOOO rude it wasn't even funny. He never said one word to me and seemed really put out. He rang me up, put the TV on a cart to roll out, and he just threw my 4K player really hard on the cart. Needless to say he broke it and I had to come back and exchange it. NEVER said one word to me, even when he rang me out. He made it a real awkward situation. I felt bad that he was handicapped and had to lift the TV by himself because he grunted when I asked to help him. They need to put this guy somewhere in the store away from customers. Really uncomfortable situation. Would not recommend the electronics department at this particular location. Wish I could give zero stars.

this was my first visit to this location. my shopping experience was great! the store was clean and they have a great selection of items. i found everything that i needed. the reason i'm giving only 1 star is because the 'self checkout' employee was SO RUDE, MEAN & actually SCARY! i decided not to purchase one item so i walked it over to her and politely said, "i'm not taking this after all". she didn't respond and literally just glared at me with an almost evil look! wasn't sure if she heard me so i said it again and once more, she said nothing and kept giving me an evil look (as if i had done something wrong!) i then asked, "are you ok?". then she says, in a hateful, mean tone, "YEAH, ARE YOU!?!?!". i was shocked! then i said, "yes i am! i was making sure YOU were because you just stared at me and didn't say anything!!" then she says, "do we need to get a manager over here?". WHAT THE?!?!! then she comes over to my register, scans her card and presses some buttons. again, i was confused because i had already scanned and bagged everything. so i said, "is there a problem?". she said, "no it looks like i broke it". then she walked away. i thought to myself, "ok what in the heck is wrong with her?". i swiped my cc and the screen just kept idling and idling. at this time some other customers walked in to check out and the SAME EMPLOYEE who just acted totally bizarre, was now the nicest, most courteous person to them!!! i cringed!!! but i finally turned to her and asked for help and she was once again totally rude!!!! i almost lost it at this point because she said that i'd probably have to rescan everything again!!! WHAT!!! finally another 'self check out' employee walked in and i asked HER for help. she was able to fix the problem right away and i was done. i honestly DO NOT know what her problem was with me (the first one). i honestly was scared, she gave me bad vibes and i thought she wanted to hit me or something. then to be all nice to other customers?!?!? totally bipolar!!!! i left with a bad taste in my mouth ... thinking, "how the heck do people like that even get hired and keep their jobs?!?!". i won't be returning just for that reason!

Ordered off the app. Was suppose to arrive between 7-8. At 6:40 I got a notification saying my order was ready for pick up. I arrived around 7:10. App tells me they know I've arrived and no need to call. So I sit there for a little over 30 mins while people are getting their orders, not thinking anything. A lady comes to the window and asks me if I'm someone else, i gave her my correct name then like 10 mins later a guy comes out taking names from all the cars waiting. I asked him how much longer until I received my order. He responded within 1-2 orders. He knows I've been waiting for awhile and apologized. I see 3-4 cars get their orders. All cars that have arrived after me. So I get out and ask the guy about my order. At this point I've been in my car waiting for 45mins. The guy is nice and says he will grab it right after the order he was working on. He comes out with my order with 5/6 items not available. It was breakfast sausage, shredded cheese, pasta sauce and few other basic items. I am beyond pissed at this point, I sign off on all the s*** they didn't grab. The guy starts trying to make small talk so I came off pretty bitchy but I clicked substitute items on everything for a reason! Now I have to make another trip to the market. If I would have known it would have taken a hour out of my night and i was going to be missing 1/2 my items, I would have just went in the damn store myself. I understand it's a free pick up service and that's why I'll never do it again. You get what you pay for ... pick up service is trash

Called to ask one simple question they hung up on me three different times, so I called back and was on hold for over 15 minutes worst customer service ever!!!!

Doors are locked on one and walking by 3 employees and nobody told us that the doors were locked had a walk all the way back to the other side

We called to ask if they had a product we needed for work and they put us on hold for 10 minutes before saying "nobody is available to answer the phone in that department - I don't know what you want me to do about it." The woman on the phone was overall nasty and rude and unwilling to help with a simple request. We drove over there and they didn't have the product we needed. It would have saved us a trip if she'd have just walked over there and taken a look..
