Went at 6:30pm to return an item and the two employees at the guest service desk said it was closed for the night. I asked a few employees if that will be their usual closing time for guest services and nobody had an answer. Waste of time.

Only thing thats great about this store is Dave the doorman we love Dave!
This store has a lot of potential, but it’s hard to ignore how frustrating the checkout process can be. Despite having 30 checkout lanes, they only ever seem to staff two of them, creating long lines and unnecessary delays. They also have 10 self-checkout lanes, but these are often overcrowded or inexplicably out of service.
Adding to the frustration, the store pays what seems like ten employees to stand around watching customers scan and bag their own groceries at self-checkout. Instead of putting them to work as cashiers, they seem to be there just to supervise, there would be no need to supervise if they were to scan, which feels like a waste of resources.
On the positive side, the store itself is quite large and offers a decent variety of foods and goods. If you can manage to get through the checkout chaos, you'll find a good range of items to meet most shopping needs. However, the management really needs to reevaluate their staffing priorities to make the shopping experience smoother for customers. The store might see improved success if they ensured their lanes were open to allow for greater customer flow. I would suggest either reinstating the cashiers or increasing the number of self-checkout lanes.

We've been walmart shoppers on and off for years, I'm sure like lots of people. I'm not a frequent flyer for multiple reasons including the following:
When you are forced to check yourself out, they then want to pretend they are costco and check your proof of purchase to make sure you did it right. I don't even work here. No xmas bonus or anything.
There are rarely registers open. I found one that was because I wasn't really in the mood for working as a cashier that night. The actual paid cashier watched me unload my cart, checked out 2 people in front of me. Took forever. Theeeen when I got to the front, they shut off the light and explained how they were off 30mins ago and left.
I always seem to be dodging a fat dude in overalls, 3 teeth, and no shirt, yelling around about something.
Lastly, today, I went in to buy something that was a great price. I honestly should have known better. Walmart is now in the business of NOT price matching THEMSELVES. I drove on down in the snow, both ways, to pick up an electronic item Ive been looking at for about a week. Verified the price with an associate. He advised me that they don't price match things on their website because a 3rd party is the seller.
I can tell you how that impacts some 1st party buyers, including myself. They become wholly uninterested in doing business. If you're lucky, they put the other things back in the right spot that they were going to buy, but probably not. There is a level of trust that is lost in your marketing and makes me curious in the ever evolving business vertical of internet vs bog box store, how are you not struggling to make ends meet? That's probably none of my business and honestly you get what you get sooner or later with shady business practices.
Overall, 2 stars. You got a free star because I shopped at a walmart in AZ and had a nice video game conversation with a cashier there, so just to clarify, you didn't earn my business or the 2nd star.

There are only certain walmarts I will go to and this Walmart. I absolutely love they're clean. They not only speak Spanish, but they speak English as well. Because I speak English. And they have enough English and Spanish-speaking people there, they've always had people available to help you. And I absolutely love that

Im giving 5 stars for the door greaters my kids feel safe and happy being welcomed by such great people! My daughters love being called princess and my son an aligator! Any else who has a problem with such names should stay home! Keep up the good work dave maybe your management robert should stay away from the "woke" movement. Its not a good look.
