The eye glass department is atrocious!!! No one there to help until I walked into the back room to find them. Took almost 45 minutes to pick up a pair of glasses I already paid for! Cheap but horrible service!!!

Watch out people Walmart is ripping people off when you order delivery. I am disabled and I have to order delivery and Walmart still charges delivery and a huge tip when I use my food stamps I looked yesterday and the tip was $27.97 I am luckily that I caught it because then I changed it to zero pissed me off. The other thing is I live in a modular, and the person put my stuff at the back door The door that I never ever use and I said my stuff was delivered, I wouldn't looked I didn't see anything so I complained to Walmart that it said delivered but wasn't and they told me that it said it was so they wouldn't send a new order out or even reimburse me. So the next day when I was outside going around my modular with my dog I saw my grocery sitting out there and get this my groceries are mostly frozen goods milk cheeses fish chicken pork chops steak all of that spoiled so I contacted Walmart again and again I was on the phone for over an hour and they said no that I could not have a reimbursement or new groceries because it was at my house even though it was missed delivered. So watch out people they rip you off

Purchased a product saying there was a limit of 2 per day, went back next day and was told all 36 were sold to 1 person the night before. Store is either lies about policy or breaks policy. When approached about it manager seemed to not care

So I had went to another Wal Mart location back in July I want to say and they had put their paving stones ( those things you can make like a retaining wall with ) on sale for a really good prince.. I figured all Wal- Marts were on the same page and either also had the same sale going on or would be soon.. so I waited and waited and waited for those same things to go on sale .. and finally this store put the ones i needed more of on sale. As I was checking.back all the time - I got to know the employees in the garden section fairly well .. they were always so nice and helpful .: thanks guys !

Today I had the nicest Walmart associate help me! I didn't get her name but she has black hair, a lip piercing and works on the cosmetic department. She was helpful and friendly to all the customers not just me. I called the store to speak with the manager about this young lady but after waiting for 2 minutes and 37 seconds for an operator to answer the call, I gave up and am sending her compliment via this venue. My rating is a 5***** for the associate and 0 stars for the operator!

The employee put his hands on myself and my belongings even tho he knows that against all his training. I've worked for a Walmart. I'm not stupid.

To the manager working the evening shift on April 4, 2023... you're very rude. ( time frame: 5:30pm-8:00pm) You NEED to learn how to manage situations and different people with more grace and respect rather than the most outrageous attitude and disrespect you showed tonight. ...you work at a Walmart... where customers are NOT legally required to show you their receipt of purchase after scanning and bagging everything themselves. (And yes, everything was scanned as you can see from your many camera angles and everything was bagged and the bags were bought due to your new policies) Remember what you yelled at an elderly woman who was exhausted and frustrated? "Well then GET OUT!!!" All she was literally trying to do was leave... why did you detain her for so long anyway? Are you racially profiling? She was holding her receipt the whole time... smh. Yep, there's the golden standard of training Walmart is sure to implement on every manager in their stores. You're representing everyone else terribly, nicely done. To anyone who might come across this young lady she is of Hispanic descent she has long hair that was worn in a pony tail and she stands about 5'5"- 5'7". She is rude and yells at elderly people. Stay away from her for sure, be aware. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm also writing a formal complaint.

This location has definitely seen much improvement after new management has taken over in the past couple years. Of course, every location has its ups and downs and this one definitely has seen it. Store number 1231 is one of those locations. They definitely have good days and bad days, just like any other super centers. A lot of us fail to remind ourselves, we are human and we can only do so much as well. And they (the ones who work at this location as well at any super center, and any retail setting) is pressure to meet numbers by upper management. When you are running on a skeleton crew, especially during the holiday season, a lot of them have to do extra work without the extra pay to keep product on the shelves for you and I to buy. And many times, yes, those shelves could be bare due to staffing and/or a supply issue. And with that being said, this particular location has done amazing with what crew they have coming out of a pandemic into a holiday season. The associates will have bad days, and they are trying. If they don't know the answer right away, don't get mad at them, they cannot memorize an entire store (it's literally impossible) and give them time while they research the information for you.

Just want to throw a HUGE!!! shotout to Kelly over @ The Salon inside the Walmart on Grant st. She does such amazing work!! In the time I was there I saw this woman handle 5 different customers from perms to cuts to other services offered. Each time I watched her not only engage with each client but also conquer each battle that came her way. And each person I saw leave her chair looked stunning. They all walked away excited with their new look.If anyone out there is looking for their new spring cut, color, highlights the works then come over and meet with Kelly. You'll be excited you did! Thank you Kelly my new look is awesome

The lady who works the door, Dawn, is the sweetest person ever! She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude! We need more people like her in customer service!

This Walmart is the worst supplied I have ever witnessed. It's like toilet paper at the beginning of the pandemic but then with everything. Example: Try to find a spray bottle of cleaning product, they only have refill bottles!

Terrible place. After almost getting trampled multiple times by employees I spent a good 10 minutes trying to find someone to help me. No luck. Everyone was too busy talking about their personal lives to help me load a futon on a cart. Place is dirty and disorganized. Impossible to find prices on large furniture items. I'm not expecting stellar service, just acknowledgement of my existence. But I guess being covered in tattoos and having a shaved head just means I'm not here to spend money.

WAL MART COULD BE MUCH BETTER CLEANER AND SAFER ONLY IF MANAGEMENT WANTED IT! SO I am at at risk person but IV been locked in my house for over TWO MONTHS! I had to go to the store so I had my mask on I even put gloves on and I'm walking through there and MAYBE 20% People had mask on! I BLAME THIS ON WALMART!!!! All stores that are ALLOWED to be open NEED TO HAVE A POLICY OF MASK! I feel that if I go to a store where It's suppose to be safe to buyers and I get sick from said store because they are letting people in that don't give a shit about others lives! Then WALMART should be SUED!

Spend the extra money at discount or anywhere else. Waited 3x longer than we were told for 1 tire replacement.
