wait lines might be long but everyone is there to do the same thing and pick up prescriptions i think there a bit short handed so wait lines are understandable there long at most pharmacy’s. i think the staff is very helpful and trying to keep up

0/5 stars!!. I have read every single review and they are all true! They are beyond bad! I have never ever had to beg a pharmacist to fill a rx for me.
The signs on the windows are just childish, just say no one knows how to talk, train or help employees learn the job and no one really cares to, so just take the way we want to treat you. Today because I was not allowed to speak, at first I was told they don't carry my medicine anymore. ??? Hum the person thought I was taking about a different rx with the first 2 letters the same that I had already received. These mistakes are unacceptable and they can kill someone. So I am going elsewhere as well, kings does not take my insurance so I will go through my own insurance mail program. I have the state board of pharmacist, and walgreens corporate address, email and will file a formal complaint this weekend.

For the first time ever, there wasn't anyone waiting in line at the pharmacy when I went to pick up a prescription, but I still waited at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged by their pharmacy technician. He was too busy carrying on a personal conversation with another employee to help his only customer. Another person entered the line after me and finally I was acknowledged. He didn't even say hello and showed no courtesy whatsoever in his interaction with me. There was an air about him that said "I am better than you" or "I despise you" even though he had no reason to believe either of those things. Needless to say I intend on changing pharmacies. There was no reason for the negative interaction I had tonight.

Jean is AMAZING! She was very helpful and accommodating to my family in a rush to get passport photos. If she had not been there today, we would have been in a pickle!!

Called pharmacy, put on hold for over 20 minutes. I work the hours that they’re open so, I Need my prescription delivered before they restock it.
They must’ve put me on hold again after the manager said she’d walk over there to make sure they picked up the phone.
PROBLEM NOT SOLVED!

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. MEGAN C. LICENSE #0016007 refused to provide me with my prescription. She was incredibly rude to me, said "I do not know why you are so angry " ( I wasn't) as I was trying to explain my dosage to her. I responded, well if you feel that way, please transfer me to your manger. Her response? "How about call your provider and have them transfer your prescription somewhere else" and then hung up on me. I am out of my prescription. I have been going to this pharmacy for SEVEN years and they still cannot get my prescription right. When I called this evening to discuss with the head pharmacist, his excuse was that other people had been rude to his staff so they are "cracking down". I told him to pull the call, no response. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. PURPOSEFULLY WITHHOLDING MEDICATION IS WRONG. Filed a complaint with the department of professional licenses and with Walgreens corporate. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

I was on hold for the better part of an hour. At the beginning of the call I was told there was only one caller ahead of me. Idk what’s going on over there but they do not seem to have it together

Pharmacy review: Extremely unorganized. Always delays on filling prescriptions. Long waits to pickup orders. It is very hard to get a straight answer on any questions. I would recommend going elsewhere.

This was my first time in this store and in my personal experience this is the worst Walgreens store in Denver areas.I went to pick my medicine and had to go there three to finally pick it up.Waiting for more then 20 min in line and additional 20 min just to pick it. Looks like those people don’t have value of the customer time.After this experience, I thought that I should write a review about the store and I see 2 start and then I can understand it was not just me.I am never picking my medicine from this place.

This pharmacy could improve their system. I've seen what works is I call ahead ask about my RX's. They'll offer an update. I'll wait for the text confirmation. Again, I gotta call ahead otherwise it will not be filled (even when the Doc calls it in). Expect to wait at least 20 mins (drive thru) there's always a line.

Literally the worst and most unreliable pharmacy on the planet. They don't even bother refilling prescriptions that are on auto refill. And it normally takes 30+ minutes of waiting in line to pick up any prescription.
