Nobody wants to earn their paycheck anymore. They want to stand around and text on their phone or go hide in the back If you do find a live body to help you they can't because they don't know anything or they just say no! People are lazy these days.

I get that they're very a very busy pharmacy with the area that they cover, but to stay on hold for over an hour is absurd. Still holding at 1:13:34
