The pharmacist giving shots was amazing. Distracted me well and made the shots painless.

Apparently the pharmacists here care more about their political beliefs rather than giving out factual information. I came to this location to pick up a photo order as well as look at the passport photos because I want to go visit my boyfriend's family with him that live outside of the US. There was a sign next to the passport photo advertisement, saying to check with the pharmacist about vaccine requirements for international travel. I went up to the window and told one of the pharmacists that I'm interested in their passport photos and saw the sign about vaccine requirements. I asked the pharmacist if the Covid vaccine is required, and she said that even though we're in post Covid now, I would not be able to leave the country without getting the Covid vaccine. Then I asked her if it's even required to go to Mexico, you know the simplest of countries to travel to. She said, " I'm sure the Mexican government requires it too." Later on I did my own research on the.gov website which said that it's not required. After that I called the pharmacist manager, and she told me that it was never required. The reason why I know this employee gave me that answer based on her political beliefs is because of her demeanor and her reaction to my question. Such a shame that healthcare workers answer Health related questions based on their beliefs now. SMH.

The older white lady at drive threw is horrible so rude. I pull up to make sure that they got the medication from the doctor and that they have everything. Apparently they didn't understand that I waited 45 minutes and then I finally decide that I'm gonna pull up through the drive-through and see if the medication is ready this lady is like oh no we don't have it, but she could've told me earlier when I asked to make sure they received it and they had everything that was too much for them. Apparently they couldn't help me find a different Walgreens either. It was a hassle for the lady for anything.

If I could give negative stars I would. They close whenever they feel like it, no notice, no warning, they have canceled my prescription and told me the drs office must have done it and I have to jump through hoops to get it filled again. They have zero regard for consistency in the medical field. It's crazy.

Ginger is amazing and so us all the staff. The only Problem that I have is with Walgreens themselves because the pharmacy is no longer open on weekends and the hours of change so it makes it hard for me to get my prescriptions get my prescriptions it has nothing to do with the staff the staff is amazing caring very helpful helpful and kind and they listen to me and help me out the best they can.

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 7 months now. They never answer their phone. Or on the off chance they do answer I ask if everything is ready for me to pick up they will tell me yes and when I walk 45 mins there. I get told them item I need is out of stock. Last week on Thursday I went to the pharmacy since no one was answering and the automated message said they were still working on my order for over a week and a half. When I got there they informed me that the needles my doctor ordered were out of stock but not to worry I could buy some over the counter. The needles they gave me are too small to pull my meds into the syringe and the bigger needles don’t attach to the syringe. So I now have my meds but I can’t take them due to them giving me the wrong tools informing me it was going to be okay. And to top it off I work during their business hours so I can’t even go to get this issue resolved. The only reason I go to this pharmacy is due to lack of transportation but once I get my car I am changing my pharmacy.

The pharmacy is the worst. I came to get a prescription filled and they said it would be done by the afternoon. I couldn't make it until the next day and it was still not filled. The lady working behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask and sucking on a lollipop. It's not very comforting to see that fromThe person processing and filling your medication.

Terribly long lines from slow customer service. Plenty of employees around and in no hurry to open up another lane.

If you use coupons: DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!First shopping impression if this location was poor. I was given the opportunity to redeem a $5 Walgreen Reward and ended up losing it because I had never done that before and have learned now that I wasn't properly told anything from the cashier about how those worked (the website isn't clear either). So, I needed a few things this week and decided to see if this store had what I needed. They did! I was happy and prepared until I got up to the register; noticing the same cashier was at the register... I ended up having another bad experience with this woman (tall, dark hair, possibly wore glasses). She had no idea how the coupon policy worked, refused a few of my coupons because they didn't match the picture (which you have to read the fine print to know what's included). I did attempt to explain how the coupons worked and that they should have applied to the items. She still dismissed me. I left very frustrated.Definitely WILL NOT come back to this location.

I was picking up medication for a friend and they were so rude I was shocked. I was confused and asking question and a lady with long black hair said “your not understanding me” with the worst attitude. I was very disappointed with the service. They told me they couldn’t fill the medication and that insurance wouldn’t cover it. She said it was at the 136th in Colorado location. I called the other location and they told me that the 104th location should have had it and I didn’t have to pay a thing for it like the rude person said I would. I’m just upset because they didn’t have to be mean to me about it.

Highly recommend using Walgreens for rapid testing. Got tested at 12:30 and results at 2:30! The process is safe and easy, and is contactless which is a plus.
