Had a terrible experience at this store. Cameron was just rude. There were 4 people already waiting. Cameron said it would be over an hour wait, no problem. I asked since we are already here can we check and go next store grab a coke, and use the restroom. He said no I can't start a waiting list, 10 people could come in. So after waiting 20, and expecting to wait another hour. Cause we needed to use the restroom , he couldn't keep track that we were already in the store. Maybe when he gets closer to 50 he will understand when you gotta pee, ya gotta pee. Jerk !

Flo did an incredible job. She was very respectful and patient with challenging customers. Verizon needs to provide the training and tools to communicate with customers who are deaf. I would think Verizon would have the resources to do so. Several of us had to wait a considerable time because communication with the customer who was deaf was challenging and time consuming. This would not happen if staff had the simple AVAILABLE technology that is FREE!

Overall my experience with Verizon has been extremely difficult. When I first went into this store, the promos and plans were explained to me in an incorrect/incomplete way that came back to bite me later.I ended up switching to Verizon while visiting family out of state, so I won't put all of my issues on this store.I've had so many problems with my plan overall and the only saving grace has been Cameron at this store. He spent a lot of time with me and on the phone with customer service getting it sorted out.I've had enough conversations with Verizon reps for a lifetime, but if I have any issues in the future I would happily come here and have Cameron help me sort it out. Give him a damn raise!

I went into the store after losing my phone, that I had 10 years of text, pics and phone#'s... devestated!!! Flor was the only rep working and did an amazing job of juggling and quickly taking care of all of the customers in the store! This girl deserves a raise! And she did it with understanding and a great attitude it's hard to find these days in customer service!!!

Cameron, thank you for being so kind and professional. You handle all of my needs and made the transition to my new home phone seamless.Verizon should really take a good look at you and your management skills are top notch. Keep up the good work I also want to make note of Tyler who has also been extremely extremely helpful for over a year now without Tyler I would not be happy with Verizon to say the least. I appreciate you guys. Keep up the great work God bless.

Okay so recently they have had some new staff an one is a man named Cameron they move him around but this is his 2nd day working here and he Actually Does His Job! And he's a nice person to work with I would have givin a lower review earlier from experience but he has helped with things they wanted us to do in the past and we are grateful and hope this store keep more people like him around

Avoid this store if all possible. It’s an authorized retailer which means they only care about the sale way more than the customer service. This store allowed an unauthorized user to purchase a phone under my account. They skipped a step to protect my account so their employee can get their commission. Go to a Verizon owned store, they follow procedure and make sure your account is safe.

Do not bother scheduling appointments here. Showed up for a scheduled 4 pm appointment and checked in via the app, only to find the door to the store locked. Lights were on and someone was obviously there. After 15 mins two women appeared in the back of the store. They see myself and another customer waiting outside, and immediately close the door to the back room. Waited another 30 mins and they never came out. Don’t waste your time here.

***Buyers Beware*** Be careful in this store and pay attention. They took me for a ride. I upgraded my phone through Verizon and got $800.00 for my trade in with a cracked screen and cracked back glass. I decided to add my wife to my plan. We traded her phone in which was in perfect condition. I asked our salesperson “Amaiah” if we would get the same deal and were told yes. Unfortunately this was not true and we are getting 1/2 that. It’s my fault for not paying more attention. You would think in today’s market with some amazing deals and level or service that companies provide this would not happen. I was hesitant to go to an “Authorized Dealer” but it was convenient. Unfortunately my gut feeling was correct. I’d stick with corporate stores or at the very least stay away from Victra.***After a BBB complaint, Corporate gave us a $1000.00 trade in promo. It’s amazing what actually can be done by people who care. Just not these guys.***

This is a scam. It’s been months and they still haven’t processed my rebates they promised. I have called multiple times and the manger NEVER follows up. The staff at the store straight up don’t take calls most the time and pass the issue on to someone else with no solution.
