We just got off the phone with CJ at the Larkridge store in Thornton and it is first time we got the help we asked for from a Verizon employee. He listened to what we needed and was very personable in answering all of our questions. CJ spent the time making sure we had the information needed when we come to the store to trade in my husband’s phone since he will be at a different location tomorrow. Thank you CJ for your outstanding customer service! We will not be returning to the Verizon store at the Orchard because of their less than par customer service.

My family and I wet to the Larkridge store after an extremely long wait and a rude salesman at the Orchard Parkway Verizon store, and I am so glad we did! Clancy was our salesman, and he was the nicest, most patient, courteous, kind and knowledgable person I've had the pleasure to work with in a very long time. He took his time to make sure that all discounts available were applied and the phones were immediately activated. At no time did he try to upsell us, or try to sell us accessories we either didn't need or wanted, which I greatly appreciated. Because of him, we will continue to do business with this store for all our Verizon needs. Thank you so much Clancy!!

Kyle was wonderful! I brought my elderly mother into the store and Kyle worked with her for over two hours. He helped my mom with her bill and showed her three different phones. Most importantly treated her like a human being and just let her talk. Patience and kindness go so far. Thank you Kyle!

I went here for help activating my new phone and transferring data from my old phone. CJ was very helpful with getting me set up with my new phone. He also helped put my screen cover on for me. This isn’t an official Verizon dealer. Went here to fix my phone. Took a bunch of my time and tried to upsell my phone telling me that mine didn’t work, which was true. Don’t waste your time go to an actual Verizon retailer.

This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. We wanted to switch from a different carrier and spent an hour setting up a new account. They ordered new phones for us saying it would only take a couple days, and that everything would get finalized then. We had to call back 6 times over 3 weeks and were told nothing had come in. Finally we talked to Sam who realized they had been ordered under the wrong name and our numbers weren’t documented either. The phones had been in the whole time. When we went in to get the phones, they had no record of the account we’d set up, there was no apology for the screw up, and Travis acted like we were wasting his time. He set things up again, but as a much pricier account without asking us, and we had to make him start over. He told us that the Disney bundle would be included for 6 months with the new line. It turns out that wasn’t even a real promotion as we got charged for it on our first bill. We also traded in our old phones the next day and they’ve just been sitting in the store for a week. When we asked about it, both Travis and Julian lied and said we’d turned them in three days after we did. I’m honestly worried they aren’t going to be shipped in before the deadline and we won’t get the trade-in value. I have never been treated so poorly by a business, and I wish we’d never switched to Verizon. Sam was the only helpful employee out of the five we interacted with in person or by phone.

Our man Treavonn was lights out! We had some complicated issues going on with our account and array of phones. On a Sunday, he went to work and did all he could. On Memorial Day, with our continued issues he got to the bottom of all problems and everything is working smoothly now. He took initiative with our complex and strange issues and didn’t stop working until they were figured out. Was in text communication even when we weren’t in store. Much appreciated Treavonn and Verison Thornton!
