I'm so sad to be writing this! But something needed to be said!!! Stacie (Yes she even corrected me on the spelling of her name) Manzanares was rude, untrustworthy, mean, Condescending, unprofessional, thought she was better than everybody. I have been a VectraBank customer for 25+ years and have never been treated the way that I was just treated by Stacey/Stacy/Stacie ManzanaresShe clearly stated that she "did not feel comfortable with me" and that is why she would not give me my money. Even though I had 5+ pieces of identification, I have plenty of money in the bank to support the amount I was trying to get out. I don't think I've been treated as a low life EVER!!! Especially since she can see my accounts that have well over 1 million - and because of this interaction today. I will Unfortunately be pulling every penny out of the bank

At first, I thought I had found the bank for me. I was thinking, "finally a bank that won't scam me!" but low and behold instead of limiting your transactions between your savings and checking account if you make too many transactions they will without contacting you without giving you any warning charge you $105 as a "service fee". After cleaning that the young savers young checking accounts won't charge you fees if you are younger than 25 years old. This is a very misleading statement if there are still service fees. I was extremely happy with this bank before this and now I am finding myself extremely disappointed that I ever decided to work with this Bank. I would feel differently if I was reimbursed and I would understand if the policy were to continue but at least I would be warned there is a huge difference in being warned and hiding on one dollar service fee in your paperwork. Upon calling customer service the customer service representative told me that every branch is different and if it's hidden in the paperwork then it's hidden in the paperwork thanks a lot vectra!

I've been with them for 28 yrs. NEVER had a problem that they couldn't address immediately. Maybe the 1 star review had to do with credit rating or age...Hmmm. I've seen many employees retire or move on. I may miss Cherry and "Bride" and others but all the recent employees are friendly, efficient, and professional. Thanks to their HELOC that only took a few days., we have moved 15 miles away to a new home (finally moving out of our old house of 28 yrs), and have NO intention of changing branches, let alone rival banks. Do you see a pattern? Customers for ever! However, we do miss the drive-thru from there old location that was only 1 mile away. No biggy.

If I could give Vectra and Zion Banc corp a zero rating I would. Please do yourselves a huge favor and don't bank with them... They do not care about taking care of you or the needs you have.I am so disappointed that we even bank with them...
