The gym is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful! However the men’s locker room is one of the worst i have ever been in, its smell like a bucket of urine every time i’ve used it. The showers never have soap in them and there is always trash all over the place. It’s really sad because the rest of the gym is so nice but i gag every time I go into the restroom or locker room area.

6 massage chairs, only 1 works. It also smells like urine in here. Filthy. Save your money. Don't join this gym.

You better have a high white blood cell count. When this facility was new it was great! A year in and the "astroturf" is damp and smells. The number of different machines you have access to at the basic price point makes this gym a great value. I recently clicked on a sponsored ad on instagram to upgrade and lock in a rate of $17.99 per month. It was very easy to upgrade in less than 5 clicks. This advertisement listed guest privileges and access to all VASA clubs. A week later I noticed a $25 charge on my bank account, so I emailed and was told I upgraded to the "studio" plan and the $25 was the cost of the upgrade outside of monthly dues, and guest privileges are not included. I asked to be put back on the basic plan and be reimbursed the $25 dollars. The replied I received was the following " To have the membership downgraded there is a $35.00 downgrade fee to make this change within the first six months. That being said I did talk to my supervisor on this and we will take that $25 charge to go towards the downgrade fee, and we will cover the other $10." This has been the worst gym customer service experience I've had. I don't understand how a person wouldn't understand a simple mistake and politely provide a refund.

Has exactly what I look for in a gym, clean but not too clean. Free weights up to over 160, good amount of benches and cables, tons of squat racks. Dry and wet sauna, tanning, dance rooms, lots functional strength lanes and carts. Excellent staff.

Never go with this gym or any vasa fitness they charge you even after you cancel your membership customer service is no help if they ever get ahold of them I’ve been charged since December that’s 40 dollars a month and I can’t get a hold of a damn human or any kind of customer service.

Need to clean the outside entrance. Only half of the massage chairs work.Thornton Fitness CenterThe response was sorry for your experience. Are you going to clean the front entrance and replace non working massage beds?

Great place to go, atmosphere is great. They have a pool hot tub and a sauna along with showers in the locker room and employees are very nice!

Seriously the dirtiest gym Ive ever been in. then almost all of the sanitation wipe things were empty. and it took 4 treadmills to find one without damage on the underbelt

It is the best gym I have ever trained in but I will not deny that it needs more order and cleanliness for everything to work perfectly!

Great gym, they have everything you need for a complete workout of any kind.Machines are always clean. Bathrooms well maintained. The sauna can be a little cooler than usual at times, but it is an easy fix. Beware of rush hour after 6 pm, it gets too crowed like any other gym.

I'm pretty disappointed in vasa, I was told I only needed to do 3 personal trainer sessions and I could then cancel..nope, I'm stuck paying 160.00 biweekly for 11 weeks!! They don't care that I had surgery! I still have to pay for not going!!!!!!

I’ve been going for about a year now and have never seen the women’s bathroom clean. There’s a toilet that leaks on to the floor and every sink also has a leak. So there’s always water on the floor everywhere. You would think that by this time they would have been saving money by calling a plumber rather than pay for that amount of waste. Besides that average gym, comparable to chuze fitness and planet fitness.

Horrific experience. And when canceling they claim it wasn't cancelled and then want to charge us 270 for nothing. They hung up on my husband, won't help him cancel. No ofference of help, no one cares. First we got an email from these people was a treat to go to collections. A call during working hours. Tried to call back on many occasions and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. Ridiculous experience. Nicole with paramount acceptance was very unhelpful. I doubt I'll even get proof of cancelation as we didn't get it the first time. Beware, they will take more money than they are worth

As far as an actual gym, it is a fantastic location! Amazing on that front! Too bad about everything else. False ads on pricing, not canceling subscriptions despite multiple attempts, and incorrect charges. Only reason I still go is the great facility and it's nearby
