I typically choose not to return Amazon purchases at this UPS store but I gave them one more shot. When I click on UPS return I am given the free return option thats says DOES NOT need a label or package, but UPS always charges for packaging despite the return description. I even showed proof there doesn't need to be label or package provided but that didn't change anything. Very poor customer service.Description: The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free. Just bring the item in its original manufacturer’s packaging and disassemble the item (if applicable). We'll email you a QR code to ship your return. Show it to a store associate at any The UPS Store.Find The UPS StorePrinter not required.

Ok, I use this UPS store a lot. Don’t have a problem usually. Did an Amazon return today. It needed a box supplied by me. Ok no problem I’ll buy one from the UPS store. They wanted 22 dollars!!! For a medium size box!!! WTH. Drive down the street to Walmart. Large box, $1.88 roll of tape $3.00. There is zero reason for a box, just the box. To cost 22 dollars!! Sorry UPS but that was a fail. I was prepared to even pay you 5 bucks for the box. But I’ll BYOB next time.

Clerk 27733 and Josiah (if different), saved my package!! I’d forgotten to put UP arrows and Fragile in the package, and Josiah found my pkg and helped me with that, just in time!! Clerk 27733 was extremely helpful in me deciding which option to choose! Thanks to them, my pkg got sent just RIGHT!!! Thank you!!!

DO NOT take Amazon returns to this location and if you do.. get a receipt. I’ve had problems with them on more than one occasion. I handed over the returned item expecting it to get back to Amazon so I can receive my refund and it never arrives.

Worst location and service EVER. They Have a bunch of teenagers working in here who don’t know what they’re talking about. So now I have to make THREE trips to UPS because no one’s on the same page of how returns need to be packaged. They’re clueless and so far from helpful it’s ridiculous. Nonetheless, I’ll be going to a different location for my third attempt at this return and here on out.

Whenever I take anything here the employees are always helpful. However. I needed to scan a 41 page document to my realtor and just to scan pages in black and white, I was charged almost $50. I get it, inflation, etc. but seriously. 15 seconds to run a handful of documents through a machine then email them to a customer? I almost laughed. I won’t get into the $160 charge for printing on top of that. Seems absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible people work at this location. They are rude and incompetent. Also they will go out of there way to make customers want to go elsewhere
