I came into the UPS Store today (6/17/24) with five different returns with the thought that could all could be accomplished using the self-service kiosk. That was unfortunately not the case - even though it was an oversight on my part, the gentleman who assisted me today went above and beyond to provide me with information and instruction. I decided to step out line to situate myself and my returns while he assisted the growing line. Despite the fact that it got really busy in the store as it was around 5:15 PM, he remained friendly and patient with not only me but other customers as well. I received phenomenal service today and only regret not getting his name to provide a more official review expressing my gratitude.

Liz assisted me today and she was great! I was only in line for maybe 30 seconds. I'm used to handing over my returned items ans UPS takes it from there.
Amazon wanted me to bring my own box/label and Liz walked me through how it could be done in store. The whole prossess was less than 5 minutes. Very great experience overall!

Avoid this location if at all possible. This is the second time at this location. The first time the the lady put our address instead of where it really needed to go. My wife and I were at this location on June 06, 2024 at 3:45 pm. First we were dealing with a girl, when this guy speaking trash in Spanish came to our side of the counter. We were told there was a charge of $5 to print a prepaid label. I can understand .50 cents or a dollar, but $5 for a piece of paper he taped to the box. It wasn't even a self adhere label. Then when I questioned him about it he took offense. He charges us and didn't even have changed. Then proceeded tell us he didn't have enough cash but gave us 5 dollars in dimes. So should we really have been charged since it wasn't our fault in the first place? He did even try to rectify the situation. We were treated very rudely. This place is not professional nor did it have great customers service. It doesn't surprise me based on the reviews, and doesn't sound like the manager really cares or is willing to rectify the wrong. Get it together Manager! What a disgrace!
