So, I should probably disclose that my pup is named Tory because she went home in a Tory Buch tote the first night we met. #gotchaday I "needed" some new footwear for the office, and TB shoes from loafers to boots are made to last. I found two lovely pair to accompany me home and a gorgeous fall belt bag I simply had to have. I was lucky enough to receive top-notch service from Teagan! Girlies get to this outlet store for some retail therapy.

Azusena is very knowledgeable in the world of Tory Burch. As a man it is difficult to choose the perfect gift. She has a wide variety of good tastes and it made my purchase feel very special because someone knows it is. I would very much come again and trust her expertise.

Good selection of handbags and shoes. Friendly customer service. Store is smaller than other outlet locations. Would’ve been a better experience had they controlled the amount of people they let inside at once.

Being a Tory Burch fan it was an educational shock to find out the the outlet purse is a totally different quality thank the Tory Burch stores. This purse is one year old and it is falling apart. If Tory Burch wants to keep me as a client they really need to offer some sort of remedy. I called the cherry creek store in which I shop mainly and they couldn’t do anything because the outlet quality is different. I could have bought a purse from kohl’s and it would have lasted longer than this purse.

Customer's are ignored at this store. They are open limited hours on limited days so you'd think they'd capitalize on helping clients while they are there. I went the other night and had to bother the two young ladies during their intense conversation about whatever. I was in the store for 20 minutes without them even noticing. It's a shame because they have beautiful and quality handbags, shoes and accessories. I was shopping for a new purse, wallet, earrings and shoes. I ended up leaving empty handed since the two ladies were too busy to even notice. There were 6 customers in the store while I was there. All of us left without buying. Sad.

Came to EXCHANGE my UNWORN sandals and the manager was a racist white Karen. She kept saying she couldn't do it and wanted to give the lowest price even though I paid more. I heard the other lady asking the Karen manager "should I just do the return for the price she paid?" Which means THEY CAN do exchanges and returns if they wanted to, but they lie and say the computer won't let them. The Karen manager said no, give her the lowest price. I was about to buy 3 pairs of sandals, but instead of just doing the exchange, they would rather lose out on $300-$400 worth of sales. Needless to say we walked out and didn't buy anything. Don't plan on coming here ever again. They just lost 3 loyal customers.

The place was quiet on a Thursday Evening. The lady to help me out at the store was super nice and genuine. This outlet has a ton of collection, I was confused as to what to pick as everything was so nice. The prices are way less than online sale. I picked up a couple of things and am super happy with my purchase, and the warm welcome and help I have received at the store. I would definitely come back for more purchase and would recommend anyone who likes Tory Burch.

One staff member in particular seems to crack under pressure. I understand it is a retail rush due to Mother's Day, so I waited to ask a question. When I asked a clarifying question about their inventory on a particular item, I recieved an impulsively judgey response. If my question was so easy, did I really waste your time? My mother likes Tory Burch products and I can't say much about them myself but the items seem like impractical luxury that caters to a specific demographic.
