I have been shopping here for years; decades really, and I have always gotten the best customer service. Most recently, Steven and Mike were most helpful in finding/buying a reversible impact driver. tl;dr = CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!

High quality construction gear, no Home Depot special in this store. Tools and safety equipment, check here before going to Home Depot or Lowe’s, especially if you are like me and over the Home Depot ‘special’ which is usually higher margins for them and cheaper inferior products for you.
