CO-354591 The mission for my office is to be there promptly and to offer knowledge and options when you need us. I truly care how my State Farm customers feel and want them all to feel appreciated and important. We rarely ever let a call slip through to voicemail and if we do get a voicemail we return it promptly that day and most likely within the next 15 minutes.
