Worst customer service I have received in a long time. The employees didn't bother to help at all and made comments treating me like I was stupid when I was just trying to understand how their policy worked. Won't go to this location again.

The employees need better training. We went in to get a screen protector and upgrade one of the plans on our account. When we walked in, there were 3 or 4 people sitting waiting. None of the staff greeted us or put our name on a list. We only saw 2 employees working. After 5 or more minutes two more show up out if thw back. One "helps" us. I use that term lightly! She spent more time in the back than actually helping us. And then installed the wrong screen protector. The whole experience was worse than any I have had at any one of t-mobile stores. I suggest getting employees who actually care about their job and train better!

So glad I could return my home internet modem here. Thank you so much to the guy I talked with today. He was super helpful and flexible with me for not knowing my account number. We found another way to pull up my account.Btw the home internet is freaking awesome and a super good deal. I just moved into a place with internet already, and if I had my choice I'd stick with TMobile.Thanks guys!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Paola M was the employee that set me up and she was an extremely knowledgeable individual, super sweet to listen to me ramble on and a real delight to work with. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Very happy with my service that I received from Paola! She helped me preorder my new phone a week ago. I was so excited because it came in early :) I came back and she helped me set it up and put my protector on. I was there for abt an hour cuz my phone had over 100,000 texts. But not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her. She transferred my pics, my data, ALLLLAT!! Thank You so much!!! I hope your boss sees this review

Don’t waste your time or money with this service. Nothing but updates but yet I never have service and if I do it drops. I repeat DONT COME TO T-MOBILE!!

This store looks like a normal T-Mobile, but it's staffed by the walking dead. I got an estimated wait time of 45 minutes. 45 minutes comes and goes, and I ask how much longer it will be. They didn't even look at me: just shrugged. I should have read the reviews. The. Worst.
