One of the worst stores we went to. We had 6 phones and went to paid off, they said an amount and we paid it. When we went to unlock the the phones online they said that we did not pay one phone. Went to the store again to pay and they said again we do not have any due. We insisted the sales guy- Christin to look and we found out one phone was not paid when we expressed our displeasure about not being honest. They said they will not service us. Even the lady Manager asked us to leave. Why?? Before that too last year T-mobile made one of our phones as lease as and increased our monthly payment without telling . T-mobile and the stores suck.

I am a senior citizen with limited tech skills. Leslie spent hours with my wife & me explaining the products & setting us up. She was fantastic! Would suggest her to everyone!!!

The entire staff at this store have positive attitudes and are eager to help. Donia was fabulous. She was patient and kind and worked really hard to solve my issues. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

It’s sad how unprofessional employees are running a store based on customer service. What’s worse is the fact when I couldn’t be helped in the store and directed to call 611, the girls continued to want to get in my business about my account instead of answer my question. After not answering my question I continued to get questioned so walked out and was told myself and daughter were rude, not by 1 girl but by 2. They didn’t want to help from the start, the girl/s didn’t ask for my name or phone number; therefore didn’t even try to access my account. They blatantly didn’t want to help and wanted to ride and unhelpful. Maybe get a job where you don’t have to talk to people. Customer Service is SO much more pleasant and kinder on the phone, I recommend calling 611 rather then dealing with people in the store. Or maybe train employees with how to demonstrate kindness, helpfulness, humility and integrity. Treat others how you want to be treated.

The staff is really friendly, and helpful. The store itself is clean and inviting - I’m happy that the employees are able to sit down now! I always felt so bad going in to see everyone on their feet for the entirety of a shift.Changes are quick and painless. Happy to go when I have to!

If I could give 0 stars, I would... We have reported Devin for the way he treated my husband this evening. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for how you conducted yourselves. You guys are very unprofessional and kicked him because you don't make commission off phones we didn't buy at the store. If money is really that important to you, your in the wrong business Devin. We bought the phone online and we were told to bring into the store for activation, so that is what we did. I will also be updating with a picture of the gal that called the cops after my husband had already left the store.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Luis and Jazmin. They were very patient and went above and beyond in helping me with my watch issues. They were very apologetic for the long wait even though it wasn’t something that they could control and even found a way that they could work on the issue without me physically being there so that I didn’t spend my entire day at the store. Ver professional and very patient. If you need help with anything, these guys are the BOMB.

Alexis is an amazing person to work with! She is so knowledgeable and very social! I love that she was able to speak both Spanish and English; it was very easy to talk to her! I absolutely adored speaking with her! She was very helpful and very kind! If you ever get the chance, ask for Alexis!
