This place should just tell you upfront what there is available to order. It would save a lot of time since they don't have most of what's on the menu. Also, if someone orders something and tries to order another item but you don't have it, don't cancel their entire order unless that is specifically said. Also, if you do take the liberty of making assumptions about an order, ask yourself just where exactly would that customer leave the drive thru line? They don't just vanish, you know. They're still there. You and your assumptions will have to face that person at some point. BTW, just who is eating all the pastries and sweets there? Are you unable to order competently, or is the staff helping themselves?

Crowded with morning commuters, understandably. Preordered via app for in store pickup. Baristas called out names as they delivered mobile orders - except they never called my name when depositing my two items in the pick up area.

Came all the way here to get a bagel and they said they don't do them because they have bagels at King Soopers but they don't make bagels4u so what the hell is the point?

They always make my drinks perfectly! They even ask me clarifying questions such as if I want whipped cream since I order oatmilk. I think these questions are super important to those with sensitivities.

BEST STARBUCKS! I've been reading how slow this place is and it makes sense, if you did happen to go through the drive thru..... It would make a huge mess, not to mention block the entire entrance to King Soopers! Seriously though, it seems like this location gets all the bad reviews from across the street. They are always fast and friendly. P.S. this one is INSIDE King Soopers....

First of all the baristas do a great job. Now let's get to the complaint,, it used to be so efficient when you place a mobile order you simply walked in to the end of the counter and picked up your drink/food. Now for whatever reason and whoever had the bright idea they put the mobile orders right next to the register where it's just a complete s*** show. Everyone is trying to place an order at the register plus everyone who has it to go it's crowded up there too what a mess. Go to the one off 120th and Holly

This Starbucks is inside a King Soopers. I don't know how to rate this. I'm leaving this rating mostly as a warning that a number of the reviews seem to be mistaken about this location. There is no drive thru, I called and confirmed. Also, I don't believe they take pre- orders...

Customer service is nice but they need to hire more people. They cannot keep up with the amount of people that order here. They might need to open one right next door. They are informing people that their new machines aren't cooperating and that it could be a 30 minute wait. Fun stuff. Also don't order bagels, they haven't had cream cheese in like two months.....
