The employees were so unhelpful and rude. I wanted to get an Apple Watch because our daughter SyncUP Watch broke and they wouldn’t even give us the time of day. Just kept saying you won’t qualify for a promotional deal. I called T-Mobile and had a watch and paid in 15 minutes. Not sure why they wouldn’t help us.

Had a horrible experience at the BradburnT-Mobile so we came to this location and customer service was taken very serious, Christian was an amazing employee who was very knowledgeable and had a great personality for his job! Thank you for changing the experience from the other location. All the employees at this location had great attitudes and all seemed to work well together! Great job we will return to this location for all our phone needs!

Do not go here. They told me to go get my screen fixed so I could get the 800.00 off a new Iphone. So I DID get it fixed (120.00 later) and they failed to tell me that I needed a certain plan to get the 800.00 which would've ended up costing me $80.00 more per month ANYWAYS!!!! So now I am out a phone and 120.00 because the staff at T-Mobile was too lazy to look up my plan before telling me to go fix my phone. The best they could do was 100.00 off a new phone which did not even cover the cost to fix my screen on my old phone. I will NEVER be going back to this location.

Just lost a 1300 dollar sale, never had such rude customer service. The lady there was very unhappy to see us, asked us what we wanted and basically told us very rudely that they closed in 15 minutes and wouldn't have time for us. I can understand if we were told in a nice way but she was fuming that we even walked in. I'll go to another store tomorrow ?

I Understand the Employees want to listen to music during the day, but when you have Customers in the store you think you would turn down the Volume when talking with them . I almost walked over and was going to turn it off myself, music was also borderline inappropriate

The staff was helpful even if they were very busy. I needed a new sim as the one we had didn't like the new phone we got. That part was all easy. 5 stars as I don't ding a place for getting busy unless chronically understaffed to save money. They had staff just lots of sales.Why 1 star off? I had questions about my plan. I keep getting sent from store to phone to chat and back. I have gotten conflicting info and I'm still on the same plan as 7+ years ago and my bill is now almost the same as if I got Magenta Max (same price for 4 lines as I pay for 5 lines now). Why is this so hard? I might stay in my plan but I'd like to know options.Part of getting new phones is to test out AT&T as well as Verizon in the area. Just not happy with my plan and not a single person online or in store cares. I had to buy my phones elsewhere as they wouldn't even cut me any discount on a new phone.

I left AT&T and I’m happy to finally have service with T-Mobile. David, Brighton, and the team here have all been helpful, I purchased two more Apple watches, swapped all my phone lines over (x7), which AT&T did not make easy. My bill is roughly the same I was paying before, but now I have “bars”! Everyone was very patient, and focused at helping me through this transition with honest transparency. That does not happen often these days. Thank you guys!

Went in to switch to a new carrier from previous, they were so helpful. Also very patient. Went in again after that to get an iPad and they showed me how to use it and helped set it up (first time Apple user). Great staff.
