Hands down best service @ any T-Mobile location I have been to! Had some low expectations after dealing with some other associates at other stores. But when My husband and I walked into this location, we were immediately greeted and started working with Leslie who is pretty much my new favorite person! Seriously! She was super knowledgeable about everything! She was helpful beyond measure and hooked us up with everything we needed and more! Leslie you’re a rockstar!!! 5/5 on the customer service at this location by a landslide! Thank you Leslie ??

The absolute Worst customer service I've Ever experienced since I've been with T-Mobile! If you want to be with good customer service go to the one on 88th between Sheridan and Wadsworth because they treat their customers with respect

One of the worst stores we went to. We had 6 phones and went to paid off, they said an amount and we paid it. When we went to unlock the the phones online they said that we did not pay one phone. Went to the store again to pay and they said again we do not have any due. We insisted the sales guy- Christin to look and we found out one phone was not paid when we expressed our displeasure about not being honest. They said they will not service us. Even the lady Manager asked us to leave. Why?? Before that too last year T-mobile made one of our phones as lease as and increased our monthly payment without telling . T-mobile and the stores suck.

The entire staff at this store have positive attitudes and are eager to help. Donia was fabulous. She was patient and kind and worked really hard to solve my issues. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

It’s sad how unprofessional employees are running a store based on customer service. What’s worse is the fact when I couldn’t be helped in the store and directed to call 611, the girls continued to want to get in my business about my account instead of answer my question. After not answering my question I continued to get questioned so walked out and was told myself and daughter were rude, not by 1 girl but by 2. They didn’t want to help from the start, the girl/s didn’t ask for my name or phone number; therefore didn’t even try to access my account. They blatantly didn’t want to help and wanted to ride and unhelpful. Maybe get a job where you don’t have to talk to people. Customer Service is SO much more pleasant and kinder on the phone, I recommend calling 611 rather then dealing with people in the store. Or maybe train employees with how to demonstrate kindness, helpfulness, humility and integrity. Treat others how you want to be treated.
