As an experienced small business owner who operates via USPS and other couriers, I can tell you this is BY FAR the VERY BEST shipping station I've been to across a multitude of cities and states. The customer service is unparalleled. This amazingly kind woman maintains her wonderful attitude towards everyone no matter what. She knows the ins and outs to offer expert level service and ensure the best outcome for whatever you've got. Her rapport with the mailing personnel as well as customers is above and beyond. The multitasking I've seen is extraordinary. She is at least 3 people at any given without fault. This place is a gem and you'll know exactly who I'm speaking of if you get the chance. Extraordinary.
