The old easten European lady denied me service because "I look and talk like a woman and need to act like a man". I may be a long haired guy, but don't tell me I'm talking like a woman because I call you out on being unprofessional in the first place when you start launching accusations my way and act like you don't know how to help me figure out what has pump I'm on and telling me I've locked her out of her system and need to cancel on the pump, only to go back in and have her yell at me that she knew I was on a different pump that what we'd discussed. If she knew that, she should have used common sense and customer service instead of denying me on the grounds of my gender
Upon contacting the manager, the manager has refused to take any steps to solve this situation and im fact they hung the phone up on me when I called to follow through with my complaint. I will be filing a discrimination report against the manager and store

6:30pm 5/16 the attendant was rude, they wouldn’t help me get my fuel points when I messed up on the reader, they rushed me along, the store was not busy.

Black Lady needs to be fired. Super unprofessional. Overheard him saying build the ball after a Hispanic gentleman asked for a lottery ticket and couldn’t speak English. If shell doesn’t do something about him, I will. He treats people of color differently. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t even like his job.

I was coming to this store 3-5 times per week... Definitely not going back. A few nights ago an employee ignored that I wanted to get in to buying something while her and her friends smoked and sat behind the car wash. I happened to be driving back by a bit later... still there. Just hanging out.

The cashier in the evening shift is very rude and not helpful at all i think she must hate her job, customer service wise i would give it a zero star !

Don't use this car wash it will take your money if you use cash the gas station clerk will say that the car wash doesn't belong to them and the was isnt even worth $20 go somewhere else! Not only will I no longer buy anything from this gas station any longer but I will bad mouth it as well

The station isn’t too bad. It really this one female employee with long curly hair. Every time I come in and she is there, she is always so rude. Slams things around and when you tell her you hope her night gets better she will bite back saying she’s fine when you can tell she’s upset about something. Don’t recommend coming here when she is.

The woman at the counter doesn't understand English or she knows nothing about her job. I did not see Top Tier stickers on the pumps (required by law?) and asked her about it but she did not understand. I asked her if they had paper funnels and she did not understand. Will not return.

Not actually open 24 hours. At 1:50 A.M. the clerk told this Lyft driver she would have no coffee until 4:00, and when I was undeterred, (figured I would just buy a Celsius), claimed her P.O.S. was down, and she couldn't sell me anything.I WAS able to buy the Shell Nitro Premium, on which my car runs best, and now I have to take more time off making money to drive to an actual convenience store to buy some coffee.

Walked in with a lottery ticket, wanted use my win to buy another. Women made me give her my id. Staredfor a minute and then told me no I wasn’t old enough. Even though my birth date it beyond old enough. Extremely rude and terrible customer service.
