I had a bad experience with the Manager
Bryan.l paid for gas Bryan did not hit the reset button,left it on the previous person that got gas,so l paid for gas it would not work my husband had to pay again.for l
Could get gas. Bryan has very bad customer service. My bank said it went through and she'll did not put it back on my credit card!!! l will never give my business to Shell again. This is a WARNING beware of there business......

You need to be very careful if you shop here. They always trying to scam you. Like not giving you the change back when you paid cash! Really bad

Probably one of the worse gas station experiences I've had... The person working the counter was sitting on their phone when I came in, after I grabbed my items I went to the counter and he just ignored me for a good 2-3 minutes. I did the little classic "cough cough" to get his attention, he just said out the items down and continued to wait. In this time I noticed the prices were at least $1-$150 more than normal. So I just left, not that he cared. Next my 3 year old has to use the restroom a number 1, but he would not let him use the restroom even though it was not marked employees only. Horrible service

I just now left because of the Horrible service and lazy work ethic! So I went 4 gas and in just for some ice out of the machine and it was out of ice! So I asked the boy to fill it and he said no he couldn’t right now because he was on the phone! Lazy little American boy.

Had a horrible experience down at Circle K today lady cursed at me was very unprofessional and rude so I came over here to Shell and even though there are 40 cents more I was very pleased with the service and had no problem paying the extra money for the service that I got

I was in there on 12/12/2022 bought 30 gas cigarettes and a soda . All cam to 41.00 some change , I was annoyed when I found out my card was double charged . Called the station Joe said that's impossible . My card company told me this and I won't get it back on my card for eight days . I'll never get gas at this station again

DON'T STOP HERE THEY WON'T LET YOU USE THE RESTROOM. Long trek home from mountains, stopped for gas and the attendant wouldn't let us use the bathroom. Not because of COVID but because "it's not working". When my husband looked around and said; "well, where do you go then mate?" the attendant just looked blankly at him....busted! I just don't think he wanted to have to clean it at the end of his shift. Hey Shell operator, if you don't want to share your facilities with your patrons then choose a location that is not on I25 because chances are you may have HWY patrons who need to use the facility!
