I had a great experience here! The staff member was incredibly helpful and even assisted us in trying on makeup. You can really tell she cares about her customers. Highly recommend!

The lady at the register was too busy making sample to check me out or assist me. She told me to ring up my items with a kohls cashier. When I was confused and went back to check out with Sephora, asking to check out with her to earn rewards points, she told me again, she was busy making samples for a customer and sent me back to a kohls register, but did assure me I’d get my points.

Sephora has a rare delight representing their company. Debra is amazingly knowledgeable and compassionate about skincare. She made me feel comfortable and guided me in the right direction of what I should be adding to my skincare routine. Debra is welcoming and kind to everyone that comes into the Sephora area, with a unique ability to help multiple people at the same time and still giving her customers individual attention. Everyone feels welcome and leaves with a smile with Debra.

Debra was the sweetest most energetic worker I have ever even seen at a Sephora!! My boyfriend was looking for a product and had asked her if they had anymore. She unlocked the drawer underneath and there was none left any other worker would’ve left it at that but she went to the back back and found the product for him! And she also got me to sign up for the rewards program? great service there today thank you Debra!!

Oh boy !! .. OK well..where to start?!???..of course if you're shopping for makeuo/ skin care products ba tu itgst Yes let’s be honest the prices are freaking high that goes WITHOUT saying BUT how about let’s just forget the over priced products for this review and instead let’s focus bon something a bit more positive like let’s talk about the AMAZING &helpful SPECIAL staff working here shall we?! Super kind and sweet to my ten year daughter who wanted to find a free things for herself (skin care , lips makeup, specific brands etc..) I REALLY appreciate they way the handled her and helped her out not making her feel her age was clauses for treating her any differently than an adult! Respected her as if they would you and I and directed her/answered her question as such also! She left super happy and also made comments on the way home pretty much complimenting the staffs diligence and as she reflected on her MUCH anticipated FIRST trip to Sephora, she was excited to share with me just how much she appreciated their help and advice and continued on even to brag about their kindness and character ! (kind of eye opening in the same token tho .. had me realizing that it just goes to show how often our children are not just only witnessing first hand negative, rude or purely unhelpful workers in customer service positions nowadays but how they are also leaving these places impacted in some way by these encounters -possibly even with having a bad taste in their mouth from it and that is influencing their opinion over these places.. just food for thought..)Anyways though, that was NOT an issue here! You all were SO well received!!! So thanks very much Sephora Ladies for going the extra mile &ultimately making that experience a memorable & extra special one for her! We WILL be back soon!!

I’ve been into this ‘Sephora’ a handful of times. Not one time have I had an experience that would make me come back- over the actual store at Orchards.It recently dawned on me why, on my last stop in.I asked the two individuals working if I could claim my ‘birthday gift’. At first the response was we actually don’t have any until tomorrow- which, whatever, no big deal.That was followed by “but you have to make a purchase to receive it anyway”. I was almost at a loss for words.I’ve been claiming this free gift, for MANY MANY years now. Never, not even ONCE, has picking up this ‘birthday gift’ been on a day I’ve purchased anything.This birthday gift, from Sephora, has never been CONDITIONAL.It is meant as a THANK YOU- a thank you for your business. For the money you’ve spent, over the course of your shopping there (personally, well into the thousands)Anyway, as I searched for words, all that came out was “I’ve never heard of this”. “I’ve been getting my birthday gift for nearly ten years and have NEVER heard that”.Having zero desire to argue with this woman, I walked away. After all, Why would I argue with a KOHLS Sephora employee- who doesn’t receive the same training as a normal Sephora employee.Anyway, I contacted Sephora’s corporate office and was told this is “ABSOLUTELY not true” the woman profusely apologized.What really bothers me, is I was most likely not the first person told I “needed to make a PURCHASE, to receive my birthday gift”I wonder how many more people, left empty handed. I also wonder how many people bought into the lie, actually purchasing something TO RECEIVE IT.These employees, in Kohls, need more training, for multiple reasons.

If I could give them -5 I would The dumb lady looked at me and gave me a product that I was not looking for and then ran away from me and worked on everybody else that was over 55 because she didn't think I was going to spend money. I waited for 45 minutes for the lady to help me and she helped everybody else in the store but me So do not go to the support and do not trust them

Shop here all the time today was very different experience. Melissa a Sephora employe followed me around the entire time, snatched a item out my hand was also very rude. When I approached the general manager gabe about the issue I was rufuses service. However the shitty Sephora employe was not dealt with one bit.This was definitely a racist experience will never shop here again. Manager was also a older gentleman very rude got in my face had no respect.

They advertise that Sephora is located in kohl’s but they don’t take Sephora gift cards, which makes no sense to me. It’s a Sephora how can they not take a SEPHORA gift card. Kohls is a dying retailer you’d think by placing a sephora inside that would be a win win, but now they lose customers like me who will just find a Sephora elsewhere not attached kohls. Disappointed with these two retailers.
