On 11/4/23 we came in to return a piece of jewelry and was highly satisfied with the way Zack took over and care of us. He went above and beyond his duties and was extremely patient with us. We couldn't be more grateful and he definitely deserves more recognition! He's an amazing manager, worker, and overall human! We will be back because of him. Thank you again, Zack.

We always do online ordering for pickup and it's always great. Never any issues and always quick and easy. I also purchased some eye glasses here and it was seamless. Great prices and good selection. Avoid weekends if you don't like crowds.

We went there to grab a few items. Normally I would have a card in me but i have it the app. After the disappointment of not getting ice cream for the girls (at this point, it's getting as bad as McDs with their ice cream machine). They were able to help 2 customers before us and all the sudden it just stops working. Funny timing. When I was doing the self check out I couldn't figure if this was like "Walmart pay" or. Not. And this larger employee seemed j was intruding on her time while she was gossiping with her associates. After I ask her (and apologize for interrupting her gossip time if there was a way to do a "Walmart " pay. She remark was no, you can't use Apple Pay. But would have to use the scan and go and use my phone that was. She wasn't the most customer friendly person in general. I get people don't like their jobs but still try and take care of the customers instead of pushing away so you can continue your gossip for the night.

Premium gas wouldn't work on a pump it just kept blink saying select what gas I want. walked up to a worker hoping she would help me out and she just said "there is premium gas so it should work." kept trying to explain the button wouldn't push and it kept blinking. she told me "I don't know what to tell you." literally no help at the pump so had to wait in line again for a different one.

I live very close to the sams on 94 and grant and I have to say one of there managers has such a bad attitude she is so young and no respect when she talks to us older generation her name was jasmin I can't believe they hire these young girls with no management back ground but let them speak to there customers with no type of personality I am considering looking at Costco I have been here for years with Sans/Walmart but I think I should seek a better warehouse they basically have children running there management team with no customer service back ground very concerned for this place please follow up with your management they really are very unprofessional

I saw a previous message fron another Sams Club member, and I wanted to just say that I too switched to AT&T thru SamsClub. The AT&T Sales person said we were going to get like a $200 refund thru a sams club gift card or something like that. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T but never received anything. And, the phone service was very bad. I had to stay with them to finish paying off the 3 iphone 11's that I bought at the time, and they didnt give me the trade-in discount they were promting becuase I didnt return my old phones within the 30 day window (which they didnt explain).. Overall I feel that SamsClub should take some responsibility for the lack of service from AT&T if they are going to let this Company use their store to promote and sell and do busines thru them ..

Want to jump on here and give a huge thank you to Amaya Smith! She's a front line associate that not only helped me with my new membership but later after shopping helped with me with all my offers received with my new membership. Stood in line a good while to self check out and that associate, although friendly, not completely knowledgeable or helpful with the free offers when I got to the register. I was basically just redirected to yet another line to wait in with a live person. As I'm waiting Amaya comes to help the associate working the new line I'm waiting in, I grab her to tell her she might want to wait Because I'll need help too and explained wht happened in self check out. She took me aside to a closed register to help me as I'm juggling the fact my debit card is MIA (daughter covered me and I found it in the car thank God), I had calls back to back coming in as Amaya is trying to get the promo codes off my phone and she didn't skip a beat with my chaos!! She's super knowledgeable, patient, kind and attentive to the customers! Thank you Amaya!!!

I'm legally blind and was forced to wait 1 hour outside before Sam's would let me in. Simply because I don't have a Sam's Plus card, the parking lot was vertically empty, yet I was told I couldn't go in until 10am. This kind of service is ridiculous.

Went to this Sam's Club in February and was approached by a guy selling cell phone service from AT& T, we were told how great their service is and made us a great over on 2 phones so we signed up but we had to send our old phones in to get credit so we get our new phones for free. We sent them in and I received an email stating my phone was crushed on one corner, well I know that wasn't true and wished I would've taken pictures before I packed them individually in a heavy duty box with bubble wrap. I guessing when the received it and opened the box they dropped it and was trying to put the blame on me. We are still having issues with AT&T and we will let Sam's Club know we are not happy with the way we were lied to and scammed. Please be aware next time you see someone trying to sell you something at Sam's or any other store or business. Michael & Michele

I love how much more convenient and peaceful it is to shop here than Costco. Sam's has items that Costco doesn't carry and vice versa. I do like having the option of self checkout especially when lines get long (well not like Costco). This is definitely my go-to store for regular grocery shopping (meats, toiletries, some produce, baking stuff). Members Mark TP is better than Kirkland.

Well. Let's start off with the staff. They're wearing masks and they're wearing gloves - great. But I'm not sure if they're limiting the amount of employees that are allowed to work, or what. We waited at least 15 minutes for one of the two cashiers, lines stretched all the way into the center of the store. Beyond that half of what was on our list was out of stock. Otherwise the prices are still decent and it's relatively clean there.
