The ladies here a super duper nice. But I don't feel like it should take nearly 4 hours to get the process done. We were told to wait 30 min.. turned to an hr.. then another customer who wasn't on the apoointment board was suddenly on there and was serviced first and was told 30 more min... and it's no again over an hr.. kind of uncomfortable when theres only one chair for waiting. My gf worked all night so shes now sitting on thier floor sleeping.. .. this is the 2nd time this has happened with the wait so this will probably be our last time with RAW. But again. The ladies there are super awesome and great customer service.
