I was a big fan. Now my 350$ boots don't last 7 months. Redwing knows they did the boots wrong. But are they going to fix it ? Nope. My company spends a lot of money with Redwing. I'm asking for a diffrent brand to pick from. 30 out of warranty on 350$ boots. They should take care of the customer. When the DM knows Redwing cheeped out and won't help its a deeper problem then boots.

This is the second time I come to this location. Trying to use a voucher from work and each time they make you feel like you're on wellfare or something, then say something things like if it's not in the program you have to pay out of pocket. I have the cash. I'm been getting shoes for over 8 years with them. But the manager knows more than I do about what shoes I need.Seems like Manager was more ready to argue with me. Then trying toHelp me from the beginning. Even after I told her that I was done shopping and thank you. She proceeded to keep the door open and insisted that I come back in. I would recommend the aurora store or the colorado in Evans.

Came here for some new boots; I found the staff to be rather rude, so I left without purchasing anything. I decided to go across town to Arvada--they were much more customer friendly and professional.

I recently bought some 6in work boots w/ the toe dip. The boots and the customer service are excellent. Manny was the worker to help me and got me the pair I was looking for and even measured my foot for the insoles. We even had a nice convo besides regular store talk. I will definitely be returning when I need a new pair.

I had a wonderful experience that sells person listen to what I was wanting and brought out a couple of sizes of the boots. Also suggested leather care for my boots as well as brought out a better insole due to the fact that I'm on my feet for 10 to 14 hours per day
