I came to this location out of necessity since the store at Colorado Mills didn't have what I needed. I had planned on getting the black pull over fleece, but the customer service at the store is god-awful! Was not greeted or helped and when I brought that up to the cashier he tried to rush my transaction rudely. Although I still had two coupons to use. Most definitely will keep my business at the Polo outlet at Colorado Mills

Had a great shopping day here today. The sales persons are super and accommodating. We are international visitors, so they help us sign up the membership program, extra 15% discounts. All items are marked 25% off (or more). The confusion is on clearance items which need to be rechecked for the final price. Anyhow, super good experience at the store.

A week ago I went to this store and met Marion the most kind and helpful sales associate I’ve ever met. She tried so hard to solve my problem with shoes and really wanted to help me and find what I needed. Thank you so much Marion.

DO NOT shop here! Worst outlets store I ever visited. Staffs are poorly trained and bunch of mark up and hidden prices. After 1st visit they changed price on the item instantly after 30 mins later. I will never go back to this store.

Unlike the surrounding outlet stores, there is hardly anything on sale. And if there are sales, they are poorly discounted. Some items have stickers on top of the attached tags. When peeled away, it confirms that the there is a markup on the price compared to what the item should really be priced. Also, the staff follow your every move. It is rather suffocating. The cashiers are not welcoming. Don't bother shopping here.

VERY VERY nice story. with a dope selection of men's women's and children's. From The time you enter there's eye catching mannequins rocking popular by demand styles like the polo bear walking through the store its clearly designed for you to see every section. Very elegant place to get fitted with the freshest RL around. However the staff was overly helpful and made my fam uncomfortable as if we were stealing following us all around and. Asking the same question repeatedly Kinda made me upset then for them to find out we. Spent $2,100 to get treated like we. We're stealing.

This was an extremely Toxic work environment , high turn over rates and there were a lot of employees that were high or smelled of booze. Hardly a great experience. The management at the time liked to play a lot of favorites holding some people to a higher standard while looking the other way when other employees dropped the ball . The General manager in particular cared more about his Starbucks addiction then his employees.

Today I met Kierra a awesome sales associate, she helped me find all the things I was interested in buying, she was paitient and helping me decide what would go well with what. It made my experience that much better that she took the time to make sure I was ok . Thank you so much .

The fact that the masked cashier working behind a glass freaked out on me because I slid down my face mask to use my Face ID to open my phone and move money in my bank around to make the purchase made me realize I’ll just stick to shopping online. I didn’t get vaccinated to be treated like I’m starting a super spreader in a near empty store. Better selection on the polo website anyway. Hey management calm down the mask police at the register. You’re bound to lose more customers like myself and your the only store that requires this.

All was good until I got to the register and the cashier who was masked and behind a glass freaked out when I pulled my mask down (which was provided by the store) to use Face ID to open my phone and my banking app. 1) I’m vaccinated 2) the store was empty and their was no one around me but myself and the two masked cashiers protected by glass. I will continue shopping on the Polo website. This store and they’re over the top mask policies lost a valuable customer. In closing it’s the only store in the outlet that has a mask policy so it should be no surprise why it’s always so empty.
