Big thank you to Travis who not only helped me pick out and install wiper blades on our truck, but also made my son's entire day! He was so kind and helpful, and after telling him my son loves the O'Reilly logo and song, gave him bumper stickers with the logo that my kid is so proud of! This man deserves a raise. We appreciate you Travis!

Nathaniel was awesome. Before buying an alternator, Nate suggested testing it while on the vehicle. I took his advice, and it was a bad battery and good alt. I bought the battery he suggested and saved myself unnecessary parts and repairs. Auto zone across the street wouldn't even test my battery. Go see Nathaniel (Nate) he'll take care of you.Thanks, Nate.

Called O’Reillys. Sat on hold for over 10 minutes, call was disconnected and then when I called back he said this is Home Depot because he didn’t wanna do his job. I clarified again and he stated again it’s wrong place.

Went in to have 1 rotor turned. Should have tooken 15 minutes, took 45. Had issues the entire time beginning from the phone call. I called around 5oclock and was told they probably wouldnt have time to do it today but could still do it. They close 9. I went because it was the only oreillys that didn't have their machine broken. There were 3 employees there. Calvin looked at my rotor and immediately denied us. Luckily the other workers stepped In and said I had plenty of room on my rotor. Thanks to them we measured it and did have plenty of room, 27+. When the legal limit is 25. Calvin pushed to change the rotor himself after complaining that it couldn't be doneand took 45min to almost an hour. When we were told it would take 15 minutes because it was only 1rotor. We remeasured and it was barely above legal limit. 25, it was about 25.13. I'm upset because I feel the grind was purposely over done in order for me to have to change it the next time my pads ran out. As he stated to me as I was paying for the service. Id have to change them no matter what because they were so down. He did not have to over grind my rotor to the point of barely legal measurement. I don't think my rotors were that bad to begin with. Maybe I am over thinking it but I am very nice and don't know why that happened. The other employees were very nice and said they would have had it finished in 15 minutes. I feel robbed of my rotor for a few brake pads rounds. Rotors are very expensive. I am upset.

Helpful crew, but when I asked about the winter20 coupon they stated that it's online only. I asked if they could still give it to me since my order was 180 dollars. They said no since they had to find everything for me. He then said if I would've found it myself and ordered it online I could've saved money. Guess making him work results in rude customer service.

Came in because I was having an issue with my turn signal and a check engine light. Worked with Sean and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Easily found the right lights and walked me through the process of fixing the cooling system issue.
