Came to wash my car 5/19/24 went through a cycle and the machine shut off now it won't read my card on 2 stalls! My car looks really bad covered in soap!!! I want my money back!

Wish I could leave zero stars! Horrible ownership rude when called to let him know his chemicals have too much dye in them and his sprayer is broken spraying ALL over. Do NOT use this car wash unless you want to ruin your paint and dye yourself.

Washers are fine. The card system is illogical and hot garbage. I’m not sure the reasoning for this:$2.00 minimum > max is $10 > time limit will stop at minimum > you will get charged $10 for each transaction. So, expect to swipe multiple times for a full wash. I had to swipe at least seven times. So that’s the wash charge + the hold fee of $10 x 7. That’s nearly $80 This place is robbery; there’s no reason to have to swipe every two minutes. Literally no one does this. You guys have to pay for card transactions to the card companies; how are you profiting??You’d better return the hold money. I’d better see that money this week. There’s no reason I won’t in a logical and reasonable world.

Terrible place to go now. Used my cc for a 3 minute wash and got billed $10. Used it last week on a longer wash and still charged $10. No signs stating a minimum charge for a cc. Tried to use the coin machine and it was broken.

All equipment worked well. While I was there I ran into a caretaker who was nice and friendly.

This location gas really gone downhill seems like no upkeep. The rinse takes too long to come through to rinse the vehicle and end up with soap residue on the vehicle. I'm not sure what has happened to this place used to be so great to go and clean your vehicle.

This was the best place to wash a vehicle. Now it’s terrible. The card readers never work, the soap is garbage and the wants are in bad shape. Don’t waste your time sitting in line expecting to use a card.
