Shoes didnt even last 3 months of normal use before falling apart. For 120 dollars i should get much more use out of them.

I recently wanted to try a popular shoe (the 990v6) but the only ones available felt a bit tight at the store. I bought them anyway, hoping they'd break in, but after 2 weeks they still felt uncomfortable and hurt my heels.While walking through the mall, I saw this store and asked if I could exchange my shoes for a wider fit, even though this was not the same store where I bought the original pair , and I didn't have the box and was wearing them. The manager kindly made an exception and exchanged them for the right size! This was amazing, and I'm so grateful for their help.The new shoes fit perfectly and are incredibly comfortable - they're already some of my favorites! Huge thanks to the manager for their excellent customer service. This store has a great selection of top-selling shoes, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable footwear.

Came through on vacation and picked up some shoes for my elderly mother she only wears new balance due to her neuropathy in her feet. I had FaceTime my mother to see which style she wanted and the sales associate said I could return any shoes to new balance store in my area. I bought a couple pairs. I ended up needing to return one and unfortunately the store in my area was independently owned and I couldn’t return there. I contacted the outlet and they sent me a return label and I shipped my shoes back to them for the return. Wonderful customer service. I will continue to purchase from new balance as they stood by their word. Thank you to the employees at this store!
