This place was amazing and the best customer service ever. There was an accident that made me 15 min late an
d Tina and Dan where wonderful. They still gave me a rental truck to move. Both were so nice and helpful. Loved that there was nothing rude about this even with me late and already closed. I will definitely recommend here!

STEPHANIE JOHNSTON. I saw your review, if you need to communicate over email and corporate is ignoring you take your situation to the Better Business Bureau website. Just look them up on the website and fill out a complaint and i guarantee you will hear back from them through the BBB and it will be over email. They will make it right very likely. Y9u can include a screenshot of the bill that shows how they are overcharging you, it wont be shown to the public only you, the company in question and the BBB will see it so no worries about your private info or anything. I strongly recommend and i hope that your problem is quickly resolved.

Online reservation was easy quick and simple, I needed to push back my move in day and they did it no problem. Day of move in Tina helped me straight away made it so fast and easy I was waiting for more but nope :) so happy I found them after being screwed over at my last storage. Thanks guys!

Terrible experience with this place. Showed up bought a unit,was supposed to be 5x10 feet and could barely fit in there myself. My old 5x5 unit I had prior to this was twice the size! When I told them it wouldn’t work they tried to upsell me on a bigger size unit. Immediately after purchase I checked the unit out and then immediately told them I needed to cancel the purchase. Would certainly not trust them to have good buisness ethics

I've explained several times that I need reasonable accommodations because I cannot speak over the phone and all communication must be via email/writing due to my condition. This place has called me several times and keeps tacking on late fees, refusing to let me pay my bill online and is charging me for an entire month that has already been paid! I've sent them several emails but instead they just keep calling me and leaving voice-mails I am not able to listen to. You'd think they would accommodate deaf & hard of hearing clients but clearly not!!!!! I can't access my stuff nor pay my bill. This is flat out discrimination. Even corporate refuses to respond via email and will ONLY call me, which I am unable to physically answer , hear or speak to them. I've requested this to be handled today via email but if it isn't, I'll be reaching out to a discrimination attorney. This has been going on since January and for 3 months I've been unable to move out or access my things. . I think they're doing this just to steal money from people.

The geriatrics running this place can't identify service animals or be bothered to ask. It must be a miserable existence living with the Toad up stairs but taking it out on customers isn't guna make anything better little man.
