A not very pleasant experience since after arriving we stayed for more than 25 minutes and they did not serve us and in that period of time a woman arrived and was served 5 minutes after arriving when we were already waiting for almost 20 minutes before, when they do not have If you want to work, it's better to go home and close the store so that people don't have to go through these desperate moments.

Anyone trying to get a Motorola razor I suggest not doing it I mean it was a great deal but not only does the phone suck but metro PCs is just as bad I haven't had a phone for weeks unless I paid more money and I haven't had time to take the phone to fed ex to get my phone repaired cuz it cracked were it folds in half and me and my dude got the same phones happened to both

They took my 55 dollar payment for the next month I tried to upgrade to the next tier plan and my bill went up ten dollars at which point they shut my service off and then when I tried to call their customer service they won't even let me talk to anyone because the service was canceled. I had to go to the website for a live chat. When I asked for a refund I was told no they don't refund...I was told to revert it through my bank which takes up to 90 days thanx alot metro I wouldn't suggest them to anyone I know...also the signal at my house which is in a major metropolitan area of Denver is the worst ...takes 5 min or more to load a YouTube short. ill be taking my money somewhere else. Highly disappointed what a ripoff

I was there today helping my elderly mom with some phone issues. To my surprise, the manager Nancy had giving my mom her personal number over 3 yrs, which my mom had called her even with internet issues. With a lot of love, care and patience she has been taking care of my mom and today was not the exception.Thank you Nancy, take you Metro!

Definitely recommend Nacy to help you so is so sweet and nice; she made this experience 10000 times better everyone else was so nice my grandma and I came in looking for a new iPhone and she was so nice and truthful the whole time I absolutely love her

NANCY SHE WAS AWSOME AND VERY HELPFUL HANDS DOWN EVEN MY TWO BOY'S SAID SHE WAS VERY NICE, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE GOTTEN AND PATIENT AS WELL I HAD TO LET HER KNOW SHE WAS THE REASON I CHOOSE THAT STORE ?
