On Tuesday myself and my uncle went into this store to look for a couple pairs of boots for him, to take back to Wisconsin with him. Jeff and Ashley were there to help, all i can say is WOW. They were so knowledgeable and so helpful. I also had them scan my feet and they got me into a great pair of insoles. I have been using them now for almost a week and my feet feel great!!! Jeff and Ashley thank you for the amazing customer service you guys provided!!!!!!!Randy

Merrell might make decent enough shoes but customer service for their online ordering is an abysmal failure. I ordered shoes on black Friday and a few days later get an email that my order has been canceled due to shipping issues. The email left zero information on how I could contact Merrell about this issue. I checked tracking from the link in the original email and seems fed ex just kept bouncing around never getting within 60 miles of our address then returned to sender. Four days after the email they sent to tell me they canceled my order, still no refund. So I google the customer service number, call and explain, tell them I don't understand why they just cancel my order rather than reship and all they can say is they can't due to fraud. So my options are let them cancel and wait for a refund (4 days is already a ridiculous time to wait for a refund when they chose to cancel) or order a second time, pay again and hope somehow this time shipping goes correctly and also hope my refund doesn't get lost in the mix. After 15 years of wearing Merrell shoes, think I'm going to try some other brands.

Stumbled upon the store yesterday. Didn't know anything about the brand. I walked out with four pair of shoes that fit me like a glove. High quality, really comfortable, and since I wear an unusual size, I was surprised that they had so many different options.

This store is no longer there. The people we visited in their town house were less than impressed. They asked us to leave and never return. So disappointing! I think they need to get out mere.... You k ow socialize. Yeah no store at this location.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Merrell along with insoles, as recommended by the sales associate. Though they seemed fine in the store, after actually wearing them for an extended period, I found the insoles to be very uncomfortable. When I tried to return them, I was told that the return policy only lasts for one month, which was not made clear to me at the time of purchase. I'm disappointed with the lack of flexibility in the return policy and the overall experience. I would recommend future customers to be cautious about purchasing additional accessories without fully understanding the return policies. I will never buy from Merrell again for the bad customer service in this store.

I went into the Merrells outlet store and the customer service was not good, I was greeted and asked if I needed help and I said yes, the lady showed me a shoe after I told her what I was looking for, then she stood away in the distance while I tried it on. so far so good, I asked for a brighter color and she couldn't find one but a light grey, this time she seemed like she regret asking to help me. so then while I was trying on the shoe I could see she was talking to her co-worker a white male and then they just stood behind me staring at me. There was a white family in the store and they did not ask them for help, so at this time I began to feel as if I am being stereotype, I asked them if there was a problem and they said no and then I told them that I did not enjoy them watching me as this is stereotypical to watch the melanated people. The white guy quickly walked away and the woman didn't even apologize or help me to see different so I left that store and they missed out on a sale. its a shame cause I am a big Merrel fan and have a nice line of their shoes.

I love Merrell shoes and this was a nice, well-stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. That said, I wish Merrell would stop with the "buy one pair at full price and get two pairs at 50% off" sales when most everything in the store is excluded from the 50% off. It's both annoying and frankly sort of a scam.

Selection is limited, especially when considering what’s available direct from Merrell online. Staff is helpful nonetheless.

Merrell is a pretty good shoe. I've hiked at least five fourteeners in the Merrell Moab shoes. They're comfortable and long lasting. Going into the store was really nice. Because they had a good selection. They also have a spot where you can stand on and it tells you what kind of foot you have. Then you can buy a foot insole to match your stance. I would adventure to say Merrells are pretty well priced compared to other hiking shoes. Most Merrells you buy are going to be $100. But many of them are very good for climbing mountains rock climbing as well as scrambling. Many Merrells have waterproofing. While others are very breathable. I'd suggest if you want hiking shoes or work shoes Merrells are the way to go.

Went in with the intention of buying one pair and left with 3. While talking to the manager Jeff and his employee (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name), I was impressed by his product knowledge and practical descriptions of use. He clearly takes pride in what he does and makes sure people get what they need and are as informed as they can. Their customer service and attitude were second to none. Though my Merrells usually last me a few years, I'll likely return here first!

Here take my money! I'll not need shoes for a few years with the sales they have running...The employees were awesome and helped us as often as we needed to see about sizes etc.
