I went to COACH, Michael Kors, Tort Burch, and Kate Spade shops, and I didn't find anything. I really like the outlet, I just decided that I will visit again before we leave, and get some items.”

“Several times in the past, I was always told by this store that there were no rounded lens for what I was looking for because of style change. The guy didn't bother to help. It was disappointing and I walked right out.
Yesterday (8/30), I passed by again. The staff that day were very helpful. The man was very willing to help me and listened to me patiently. He even got a lady who seemed very knowledgeable about the products to help me find what I was looking for. She was very patient with me and we found a comfortable pair that was very close to what I wanted. I left with a new pair of sunglasses and a smile on my face.
The right staff really made a difference! I got a chance to explore a huge selection of the sunglasses and she even guided me with the touch screen to search for more information. I will definitely come back for more.”
