Well as I see they responded to my review they definitely lie had an appointment with Mattress Firm to come deliver a bed they told me they were going to be there between 11:30 and 1:30 at 10:30 an automated call comes in saying we are going to be there in 15 minutes while I wasn't home and was about 45 minutes away I dropped everything I was doing in rushed home when I get home I tell the gentleman that are standing there waiting that I will prop the door open so that they can get my bed in there he says I'm following you in I'm thinking okay so as we're going down the stairs I point out is this enough room for you to get the bed in he says you are not getting a bed today but yet they were supposed to be delivering a bed is what the appointment was for and there was never a bed delivered that day dealt with management a bunch of empty promises have text messages to prove it and was promised to bed the next day after not being informed when the bed would be delivered we were finally informed about 10:00 that the bed would be there between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. at 2:59 p.m. I received a text saying that the bed was damaged and it'll be a week they never intended to deliver a mattress in the first place extremely poor customer service extremely rude manager strongly suggests do not buy from this company
