If you want to pay more in taxes come here. Liberty tax will make sure you do that. They will also double check their filing to make sure you pay the most. ?you!!! Run from Liberty Tax if you come here you are making a big mistake ? just like they do when filling out the tax forms.

I had Called on the phone to schedule an appointment for 3 o’clock I get here at 3 o’clock and the manager is rude is dealing with another customer even though I had an appointment at three no consideration I was there just to pick up a paper and she couldn’t even do that even though I had an appointment at three do not go to this Liberty Tax the manager is very very rude and very unprofessional

I have been getting my taxes done here for 6 years now. I personally work with Kelly and it's always a pleasure working with her. Taxes can be confusing sometimes and she is always a wealth of knowledge, time and time again, clarifying any questions I may have. It's not only Kelly that makes this a great place, the entire staff as a whole are great! Super friendly. It's not your typical \\\"why so serious\\\" tax group, they're full of jokes and fun, always a comfortable place to be and they are all very welcoming. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a laid back, knowledgeable and helpful tax group to go to Kelly and her staff. What a great place, thanks Kelly!

They filed my taxes incorrectly, costing me over $4000.00 out of pocket and 3 years later I'm still dealing with the IRS over Liberty Tax's mistake. Don't waste your money or time with these people!!!!

Something about someone taking 150 dollars er so cash from you and then no tax return or explanation and tax season is over just kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth and also a fun fact turbo tax will let you snap shot your w2 instead of entering all the info manually So food for thought for next year
