Came to the store on 1/16/24 at 7:26pm when clearly says they close at 9pm, employees were inside and I tried calling and no one answered, very disappointed as I drove a long distance, never shopping here again

Great experience all around during my visit. I was looking for a particular jacket that was discontinued, and they helped me find one very similar, if not rebranded under a different line. I'm so happy this store is here since the Loveland location closed!

Manager was unbelievably rude to my teenage daughter. Yelled at her for "leaving a mess," which she did because the associate had locked her out of the dressing room so she couldn't pick up the clothes she'd tried on. I feel like she wouldn't have taken the same tone with me, but felt comfortable being rude to a kid.

A wide range of jeans in style and sizes but the discount applied to the purchase of two pairs. Fortunately my wife wanted a pair, so we each have a pair at a good price. The staff were very helpful and patient .

Terrible and last Levi's purchase ever!Bought 3 pairs of jeans online that didn't fit properly. Started the return online then noticed I could return them at the store and I was expecting I could just exchange them. NOPE!!! Drove 35 minutes to the store and 50 minutes home in traffic to find out I could only return them. Terrible customer service and communication. Glad there are so many other high quality jeans out there. Bye bye Levi's!!!

The store is clean, and the sales associates are courteous and friendly.They did not have the size jeans we needed. Then, after looking online, as the associate suggested, we found Levi's doesn't offer jeans with an inseam less than 29.So, if you are short and have a larger circumference like my friend, you'll have to have someone else make your jeans. ?
