I've usually had good experiences with Larry H Miller in Thornton. Just recently my check engine light came on and took it in to have it locked at. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to get an appointment for repairs but the technician Robbie, was so gracious with me and worked my truck into their schedule and immediately had rental car service available to me! Robbie was extraordinary! I was so impressed with him and wanted the dealership to know what an amazing employee they have! Robbie, thank you so much for your kindness!

We recently purchased a new vehicle and our sales person was Max Hourieh, he was the Best! We had a minor issue with the new vehicle and brought the vehicle in last Saturday, without a previous scheduled appointment, Max went out of his way to make sure the service department, prioritized our vehicle, they performed a highly specialized test, to insure all was working properly. Max even took the vehicle out himself to test drive it, to insure all was operating properly, which is was, and he washed it and topped off the tank! I left the dealership, feeling confident, that all was well. Thanks again, Max!

Working with Jedman and the entire team at Larry H. Miller was the best car buying experience I’ve had in my adult life. They were transparent from the beginning and throughout the entire process and Jedman went above and beyond to help me find my dream Jeep. I am officially a Wrangler guy and plan on coming back to them and Jedman the next time I’m in the market for a new ride.

Bought a somewhat specialty vehicle here (Hellcat) and the experience was much better than when I purchased at another dealer. The sales person, Sterling, was excellent. He was informed on the vehicles, honored his quoted price even when factory prices changed, made the trade-in experience easy, and continued to follow-up after the sale (when most sales professionals evaporate). I would gladly buy another car here.Further, the finance department was easy to work with and any optional or upcharges were clearly explained so I could make informed decisions. I usually have this part of the process and don't buy anything, but found the synthetic oil change package to be a great deal.Lastly, not sure what it takes to qualify for the program, but I received a complimentary detail at my vehicle's first service which was wonderful.Service department has also been good. I've been there for several oil changes but no material repairs (thankfully).

Monica, went above and beyond. I originally went last year looking for a vehicle. I did not find what I needed then. She called me last week and remembered exactly what I needed. I came in to look at a Subaru Forester with Josh M. After test driving it, he showed me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee on the lot. I ended up test driving it and falling in love with it and going home that day with it. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service I got from Josh! Would recommend anyone to him!

I went to look at a used Ford F150 trade-in at this Jeep dealership. Working with Jedman Snow, my experience could not have been better.Starting with our initial phone conversation and subsequent meetings in person, Jedman was kind, professional and not at all pushy in terms of closing a deal. Even though this vehicle was a trade-in and not a Jeep vehicle, he was very knowledgeable about this particular truck, especially about all its new gadgets and features (e.g. automatic parallel parking features). He treated is as if it were his dealership's brand new Jeep vehicle, which I did not expect. Most other dealerships I went to for a used F150 trade-in tried to upsell me on their own cars. I take pride in my own research and experience, so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Jedman seemed to recognize this and was very respectful of that.Throughout the sales process, which occurred over a period of 2 weeks, he and the finance staff were very patient and up front about all the costs, worked with my bank for the loan, and basically made the process as painless and turnkey as possible. Again, no annoying up-sells regarding extended warranties - I really appreciated that, to the point that I left with a very favorable feeling that I would want to come back here to purchase another vehicle.The vehicle went through a through check-up, detailing and as you see in the picture, very pristine condition.The day I came in with the check, the entire process was about an hour. In and out - painless.I would not hesitate to come visit this dealership again with my wife to get her next car. Thank you Jedman - you read body language well. This is the 2nd car we have recently purchased from Larry Miller and I have to say both purchases were by far the easiest and least painful experiences I have ever had while buying a car. Our sales agent, Sterling, is great. He is very energetic, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us. He was able to answer any questions I had about the cars, and if he didn't know the answer he said so and got the answer for us. He didn't just make up an answer like so many other salesmen I have dealt with. There was no pressure, they knew they have good cars (love jeeps) and reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back. I also want to give a shout out to Jeff, who was the gentleman who went over all our paperwork with us at the end. He spent as much time with us as we needed to feel comfortable about everything we were signing, and again we did not feel pressured. Overall it was a great experience (twice!) and needless to say we will be back.

I gotta’ say that I’ve had some ups and downs in my life that have affected my credit, I was nervous to even think about buying a new car. I contacted Larry Miller Jeep online and made an appointment to look at cars; they set up my appointment the following day with Sterling, my sales person.When I showed up, Sterling was ready to go and very understanding of my situation and wasn’t judgmental at all. He did a great job getting me into a vehicle that I not only wanted, but also fit my budget as well. I was limited with money down, but Sterling and his sales manager pulled it off with only 2 trips to “the desk”; it was extremely painless!Finance was extremely smooth as well and Jeff Lowe, or “J-Lo” as he’s called, was super friendly and only put me into what I needed and wanted (an extended warranty). This whole experience was great!Thanks to the entire team ay Larry Miller Jeep Northglenn, everyone did an outstanding job for me regarding the purchase of my new, 2023, Jeep Renegade. From the start of the process over text to the final delivery I could not have asked for better service!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler through the dealership with Sterling's help and had some damage to the car. Sterling was able to get me helped that weekend and Stephen and Duncan were able to take car of the paperwork and repairs that day! Very happy to have purchased my first car through this dealership, especially with everyone helping so quickly with the repairs.

The car purchasing process was efficient and ultimately met our needs and allowing us to upgrade our Honda Civic. Hands down I would recommend Larry H. Miller!

I was pleased when purchasing my Jeep from there. Sales was top notch. My issues have been with the service department. From the first appointment I felt like they didn't care much about helping me. J was just a number. This last oil change I asked for a tire to be repaired because there was a screw in the tire. They stated it was too close to the wall so they could only sell me tires. I knew it wasn't too close and felt it was them either being lazy or wanting an upsell. I had them put the tire back on and leave it alone. They said nobody would repair that tire. Speaking with multiple tire shops after the appointment, that was a lie. Each one said they could and it wasn't too close to the wall. If they would of been honest with me, I provably would of purchased my tires from them, but ended up getting a repair at a tire shop and then decided on my own to get new tires due to the winter coming up. My husband had an appointment the same day and he came in for an oil change, but it even though he had free oil changes and confirmed it was free still before the applicant, they ended up charging him because they expired??? That's crappy. We really needed that money this week. Dirty practices there in the service department. I do not recommend.

I feel so outraged with what happened yesterday in this place that it is not worth it for people to go there, or waste their time, as it is possible that I only went to know some car prices I was not going to buy, Dulce Castillo was the one who attended us we explained that we came to know how everything worked because we already had a Mustang and we wanted to see if there was a possibility to sell it and look for another car because it arrived new to Colorado and I need a 4x4 for the winter in the end she started us To ask for social and verify our information, until he arrived with the papers and told us to see if they qualify for a Jeep they have good credit, the bank approved them we told him look we didn't come to buy we didn't bring the money, no matter how much they have now they can give it and after what day they can come to give the other part deliver their Mustang here they made photocopies of the papers of my mustang and they kept all that, they made us sign the purchase of the jeep and it turns out when we arrived yesterday Friday the manager tells us that we had to return The jeep because the bank did not accept the credit now I say Gentlemen WHAT WAS WHAT THEY DID Dulce Castillo you know perfectly well that the bank approves the credit the same day that is not done after four days with the car and not even an explanation they gave us anything you just have to leave the car here and take yours after having signed everything and leave my car that now I doubt if they took a piece from my car for all these inventions that they made. Don't go to this dealer no one apologized and they didn't even try to fix that situation that they themselves caused I feel deceived, scammed by everything that happened
