Basically didn’t accept any payment method we showed… tried two cards (both with plenty of credit) and they were both apparently refused by no apparent reason (cards were visa and Mastercard btw)

This was my 1st time shopping at Lacoste and based off of the customer service from the staff, the great deals, and quality products, I'll be returning here for sure! I came in just wanting to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by 2 friendly gentlemen asking how they could help me. After picking out a couple of baby blue polos, I was directed to the fitting rooms to determine which size fit me best. Once I had made my selection, the checkout process was easy and quick. I really enjoyed shopping here and highly recommend it. I'll be back.

I love this store, my favorite colors sell out so quick but the customer service is always so good to me. I went this recent Wednesday and Ryan and James were so good to me as I had a little trouble finding a size, not only that upsaled me to get another shirt and also helped me sign up for rewards. I will definitely be back, give these 2 their flowers. - Adonis

Wow, best experience I've had at this mall, I love how organized it is and the staff were super nice and always made sure to check if I needed help! I had a few questions for the manager I felt kind of bad for having to ask so many but he was so respectful and didn't seem to mind, answered all my questions with a smile! Definitely check it out if you get the chance!

Wonderful experience at this Lacoste. Clean store. Immaculate presentation. Justin was kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the shopping experience. Even though the store was busy Justin and another employee handled the store and customers seamlessly. Great store. Great employee service. Great experience. I highly recommend this Lacoste location.

Nicholas was so amazing and patient. Love how well and organized the whole story is. Cleaner than any h&m and forever 21 I've ever seen. And it's only staffed by like two people LOL they're awesome!

I highly recommend the Lacoste Thornton location. I'm an avid Lacoste shopper and I very much appreciate the excellent customer service I receive anytime I shop at this location. Justin and Daniel are always so friendly and going above and beyond to ensure I have a great shopping experience.
