Will never shop at this store or location again. I lost an expensive bracelet and went to customer check out and employee said they found it and told me every detail of the bracelet, and when open the drawer to give it to me, it was gone. I called two store managers, and nothing was ever solved. So, if you lose something, no employee is honest.

i went to return something i had bought in December in the Sephora at this location, the store website says returns must be done within 60 days of the purchase date, so I went in to return something only halfway through that time (35 days) And they told me that it could not be returned. I’m very disappointed because the first time I had tried to return that same item in the “30 days” I did not have my receipt, but I had the order information and they said I needed the receipt for the return. I wasn’t able to go back within their “ 30 day window” they claim to have for that item. Either their website information is inaccurate or the store associates are not properly informed. Either way it was a disappointing experience

One of the items we had rang up full price and I told the cashier what the sale price was and obliged her to where the product and signage for proof of the sale price as she was able to make the correction. No harm done.

A1 experience when I had to return an Amazon product, they put it together themselves and are very kind. They have clothing and home products. The coolest thing is that they have a Sephora inside the store 👌🏻

Went to return a vacuum I had bought at different store. Katrina who I was told was the manager was super rude and unhelpful. Even rude to the staff that was around who were trying to help. Went to the Kohl’s in Westminster and they were so helpful and no questions asked took my vacuum back that had stopped working.
Kohls corporate needs to get involved with this Thornton store it has gone down hill with upper management. Always carts of clothes in the ails and carts of merchandise over flowing. Used to be a top store but over the last few years has gone down hill.
