My mother went in to shop alone and was harassed by the self check out cashier for not having a receipt . (The self check out machine ran out of printer paper). This cashier took her card and charged her again for the items. He lied to her stating this was the only form to reprint a receipt. When my mother complained about being charged twice- showing bank statements , the manager did not know how to refund her . Worst experience. Definitely sounded like racial profiling.
They attempted to make a refund (clarified they were unsure of what they were doing) and asked my mom to come back in a few days if the money did not refund .

Worst customer service here, none of the seasoned employees are polite, except one older gentleman with grey hair and grey beard. He's the only reason I don't dread going in there. Even though I live 2 minutes from this location, I will drive the distance to go to another one most of the time. I went in this afternoon, and the guys stocking the shelves were huffing and puffing because we were in their aisle, felt in the way , so I didn't get everything I needed, felt rushed. Then, at self check out, I had an issue with a coupon and the man corrected it but had to make sure it was downloaded on my app and it was, but he had to call a supervisor to get an override, and I apologized to the supervisor, and he ignored me and walked away, didn't even acknowledge it. Weird uncomfortable store

I spent $277.56 yesterday for groceries and my fridge still looks empty. WTH! The store manager at this King Sooper's is intentionally over pricing items and pocketing the revenue. FRAUDULENT & CRIMINAL. I will never shop there again!

Called to speak with the pharmacist to assist with a preferred cream for a patient. Call started off well and was willing to help. Then the young lady disappeared and a man got on the phone. I was dismissed. I know pharmacy is able to assist with preferred medications but I was simply redirected to look at the Medicaid approved list, which changes routinely. Would not recommend the pharmacy here. Not willing to help fellow healthcare providers take care of patients appropriately.

The pharmacist is on a real power trip and the techs are liars or they don't know how to do thier job. I thought maybe it was my approach, is why I was being treated poorly by the staff here (because I was very frustrated). However when I finally went to pick up my prescription, there was the pharmacist on the phone talking to another patient about how he isn't going to fill the prescription as written. I think ALL the staff here need remediation, more training and accountability.

Went to this store on my lunch and asked to order a meal to be told there were no sides made so I asked for a pound of chicken and when I get to the register i find out there’s a pound and a half and told to return to the deli to ask for them to remove some chicken. With a long line I decided to check with “customer service” to be told there’s nothing they can do. I offered to remove a piece of chicken and the clerk can weigh the item and manually enter the price. To only be again told that nothing could be done as he needed to print a new tag and couldn’t do so. I called to speak to a manager to address this issue only to be put on hold and then after several minutes a busy tone… worst experience I have ever had with a Kroger/king Soopers.
