Always a cluster, fuel truck filling tanks, pumps are shut down, only good time to fill up is early morning or late night, otherwise who knows how long you will have to wait.

If you can't pay at the pump and it says pay inside, please disable the lock on the card reader. It took me 5 minutes to get it back.
