“I had a billing error that was TMobiles fault and I couldn’t figure it out on my own; I came in here hoping for some resolution and Dan gave me faith in customer service again! He read all notes in my account, found out what happened and when he couldn’t solve it, he personally called and dealt with 5 different people in 3 departments for over an hour. I am grateful that employees like Dan still take time to retain customers and provide service that goes beyond expectations. Definitely kept me as a customer.”

All the info was in the system. They exchanged my items and I was in and out in less than 20 min.
