He read all notes in my account, found out what happened and when he couldn’t solve it, he personally called and dealt with 5 different people in 3 departments for over an hour. I am grateful that employees like Dan still take time to retain customers and provide service that goes beyond expectations. Definitely kept me as a customer.”

All the info was in the system. They exchanged my items and I was in and out in less than 20 min.
