“I had a billing error that was TMobiles fault and I couldn’t figure it out on my own; I came in here hoping for some resolution and Dan gave me faith in customer service again! He read all notes in my account, found out what happened and when he couldn’t solve it, he personally called and dealt with 5 different people in 3 departments for over an hour. I am grateful that employees like Dan still take time to retain customers and provide service that goes beyond expectations. Definitely kept me as a customer.”

I called customer service in advance with a problem on my XUMO, was told I had to go to the store to do an exchange.
All the info was in the system. They exchanged my items and I was in and out in less than 20 min.

“My visit went very well. I went in with a couple of questions regarding my phone lines and plan. Travis was able to help out and get me answers and walked me through everything. I will definitely be going back if I run into any issues”
