This bank as a whole does not care about the customer. Customer service is none nonexistent. I was hoping my move was permanent, but NOT! I give you one star for the $400 sign up bonus. Do better

Went in to close my account in December. Was told it was closed out and was good to go. Got contacted today that my account that should have been closed was overdrawn and that I was responsible for paying it. Don't bank with these guys.

I attempted to do an international wire transfer at this location last week, it is now Monday afternoon, despite them telling me it would process on Friday. Not only has nothing been sent over, there is nothing in my pending transactions, I now see why this branch has less than a 2 star rating. They need to rehire or something.
